Do Ironman poses use Limits?

I am extremely reluctant to buy poses after some bad experiences, and just wanted to ask if Ironman's poses obey having Limits On. Thanks to anyone who can verify whether they do or not.

One of the pose-sets I recently bought for G2 had a note saying you should turn limits off for the poses to be perfect, but I used them with limits on and they were fine. I can imagine that some of the more joga-like poses really require limits to be turned off.
OK, thank you for that. I'm still on the fence if Limits should be off, but I'll think about it.
I always turn limits off. Mainly becaue I convert poses from earlier figures and many times the values differ
I never turn them off because I trust the movement limitations that DAZ has put into the figures and unfortunately have come to not trust pose creators to pose the neck and torso accurately with the limits off.
I did buy an Ironman pose set and will see how it goes. Regardless, she has to be one of the busiest and more efficient PAs around. :)
