Is the store broken right now?

I'm trying to get my purchase through but DAZ times out when I try to finish the check out process through Paypal. Is anyone else in the same boat as me?

I'm also getting a 524 error from cloudflare when it times out, and trying for a live version doesn't work. Strangely enough, other parts of the site work normally.

 

I've tried twice with no luck.  Good thing nothing has shown up in my Paypal account, but I'd still like to qualify for the promo before the night is done :/

    Take screenshots of your cart, so you have the prices, and take a screenshot of the difficulties, aka the timeout/524 error. Then they'll honor it. They're good about it, particularly if you file the ticket before the store turns over to document you are trying during the time the prices are valid.

    I just tried to check out and it is sitting there spinning. I used Paypal. CORRECTION: STORE CREDIT

    Thanks for your reply :) Well, the good news is that it went through mysteriously. I had actually turned off my computer and went downstairs for some tea when I received a receipt and the transaction was recorded in PayPal. The uncertain part is whether I'll be charged double or not, but that's a simple CS request to refund the other transaction if it ever happens. :)

    Um, now it's trying to get me to pay again but it already deducted that purchase out of my store credit the first time I posted!

    Uh oh, something else is happening: the Orders page in My Account is currently unreachable...? It just boots me back to the referring page.

    But the order went through. I got an email. So DO NOT HIT PLACE ORDER if that black "Processing" square goes away or you'll probably order/pay twice. I know it took the amount out the first time I hit Place Order, the black Processing box came up, then disappeared. The order had gone through but the page remained on Place Order.

    Bluh, I definitely went through the cart twice and may have retried for a live version on the cloudflare error... I'll keep watching my emails. Also, to clarify: Orders works from the top right menu, but not on the acutual account page... Who knows if it's related :)

    Order processing for a while then nothing.

    I'm having trouble checking out, and I'm using my credit card. After I click on the Place Order button, I get the "Processing" overlay for a couple of minutes. Then it just goes away, leaving me on the payment page.

    This exact problem; from iOS Chrome on my iPad and iPhone.

    I'm having the same issue at 2:16 CST. Paypal hangs for a long time then throws the error 524 Daz3d host error website offline.

    What makes this even more odd is the items are available for download and listed in my libray but are still showing live in my cart. And my entire order history is blank.

    Same here, the order won't be processed, all I'm seeing is the endlessly spinning wheel. And I'm not even trying to buy something, I only want to get the free Stephanie bundle.

    ... and it just went through! Seems to be fixed now.

    Well, um, I just made an order and paid with store credit...it just sat there. and the 'busy' indicator simply went away. Refreshed DIM a few times and nothing.

    Nothing in email either.

    Ditto - though not bothered checking with DIM.  Order is stillopen with STore Credit applied, but will not progress beyond the Place Order

    I just checked my credit balance. The order was applied but now it's been credited back.

    So, technically I could submit it again but, um, I think I'd better wait.

    So if you used store credit, go in and check your balance to see if it's been restored.

    Just tried again, and this time I got an error message: "Payment Failure: Error Communicating with the processor, please try again later (AN)"

    Because so many people are reporting problems, and it doesn't matter if the payment is by store credit, PayPal or credit card, I inclined to thing the error communicating is on the store side...

    EDIT: Yes, it's working now. And they showed up in DIM...

    Order had now gone through with no furtehr intervention by me.  Store Credit shows: Used, Reverted, Used, so all is good.  Thansk to whomever it was in DAZland who sorted this out :)

    Everything is okay on my end too. Though I put the order through again myself. Just checked again after reading your message to be sure both DAZ and I hadn't duplicated each other's efforts. Eek.

    But all is well that ends well.
