Does the new Collective3d Neighborhood Bungalow 1 include interior rooms?

Comments
No interior rooms for this one. The houses currently in the market with interior rooms are The Farmhouse and Modern Home Deluxe 1.
I am working on doing another house with interiors later this year, but it is generally intended that the Create-A-Room Base Set be used to make up interior sets for the houses, similarly to how television shows and many films shoot exteriors on location and then build the "interior" on a sound stage months later.
At this moment I am working on the first Xpack for the Create-A-Room set, which will introduce a bunch of different walls with doors, new paintings, and a few other odds and ends.
Thanks. I thought maybe it was a replacement for the 'Collective3d Blue Collar Bungalow' which is no longer on the market but included rooms. So I wondered if rooms were included in this model also.
I'm in the process of updating all the old Blue Collar stuff, and will be rolling it out over the course of the year. This one replaces 1 of the 5 "Low Poly" Bungalows. Used to be the garage was a separate purchase, and it didn't include the grass, sidewalks, etc. This one is the house, garage, property lot, fences, street, etc.
Not sure if I'm going to update the original full-interior house or not, but I'll be making a decision on that soon. There are a ton of independent parts on that to re-texture and create entirely new materials for. Quite a big job for an old set.
How does this affect those of us who have the Blue Collar products already, or items like the "Collective3d Low Poly Two-Car Garage Exteriors"?
I'm working out the details on that now. There are a number of variables.
Originally, the houses came 5 at a time, and the garages separately 5 at a time. There were no property lots available.
With this set, it's one house and one garage, with the sidewalks, lawns, street, and fences. Also, while the meshes for the walls and roofs carry over from the original, most of the auxiliary stuff mailbox, address, roof vents, utility hookup, etc) are newly modeled. Also, virtually every texture is brand new (I think only the texture for the shingles was carried over).
So, anyways it's not cut and dried on whether it constitutes a re-release or an entirely new set. I will try to have an answer by tomorrow.
Just want to confirm. This is iRay only, right?
Are the basic buildings higher poly count than the older versions, such as Blue Collar Bungalow?
They are more or less the same poly count, allowing for certain things like roof vents and utility hookups being added. Memory size for textures is probably a bit bigger, but I wouldn't think it's by much.
All of my new sets (except for the ones that are Daz Originals) are exclusively Iray. The Daz Originals have both Iray and 3Delight presets.
Speaking as a buyer of the Blue Collar bundle, I would be quite happy if the lots were made available to us. The exterior houses and garages utility is greatly diminished without a fitting environment to put them in (it goes without saying that they are quite beautiful models and that's the reason I didn't return them, but I certaily had to think about it).
If the house and garage are essentially the same models as before, I would definately call this a re-release, just adding the lot and extra bits to make a more complete scene. Offering some kind of upgrade option for those who have the original bundles would be a good move, IMO.
Yes, buying this would be like buying a bundle where you already own some of the items. Not as attractive a deal as it could be. And an upgrade offer would let us have the original interiors as well.
