    Possibly a custom Victoria 3 or Victoria 4 character, I would guess.

    Acgtually it looks like "Destiny".

    I'm pretty confident in saying that it is a morphed V3 character. It simply has that "V3 look". I strongly suspect that Magix used V3 New Generation 2005 morph package to produce the character.
