I sent them an email and told them they should study Daz's store/admin teams, the way they make things right if there's a glitch. (Which we've all said over and over- tis true!)
Looks like they listened to peoples complaints. They have extended OOT's sale and it's valid thru 11:59pm (cdt) on Friday, May 6th.
Now I wish I had something I wanted, there...
I have mixed emotions about this... lol... Guess I'm spending the money after all!
Check out OOT's textures for products here, and the hair products. If you haven't tried the Iray shaders for hair, those are quite nice.
They responded to me and said they had to contact all the vendors before they extended the sales, and everyone was located in different parts of the world (some sleeping probably, some awake) and they were working on it. Then they put the sale up so obviously all the vendors gave it a "go."

I have had good and bad expierances shopping and dealing with customer service here and at Rendo both. I think it comes down to several factors including who you are dealing with and if they are having a good or bad day. People sometimes tend to expect certain things from sites after listening to others, and I have seen people have inflated expectations when shopping on line. Sites go down from time to time, and to expect one site to act like another to me is a little arogant on our parts. Rendo has always extended sales when they were interupted by a sytem fault on thier end just like daz has.
Good to know. I haven't done much shopping over there, myself.
