50% Off V3Digitimes Catalogue

So I assume that A Touch of Dirt must be in your cart at the same time in order to get 50% off the other items in the catalogue. I bought A Touch of Dirt the day it was released. Of course now I'm thinking that maybe I might have fancied a few other things, but when I put them in my cart, they don't get discounted, so I suppose that is the reason.

The Ad also says that if you buy A Touch of Dirt that you also get a free Poke through tutorial. I don't remember see the Poke through tutorial anywhere. It wasn't in my downloads that I am aware of. So where do I find that?

    The poke through tutorial is a product in the V3Digitimes store. Maybe you already have it, and it doesn't show because you hide items you own???? That was the case for me.

    The 50% off ad does NOT say they have to be in the cart at the same time (not that I see anyway). So, I think you should be allowed to get the other items now at 50% off, as long as that ad is still in the banner. If you ask customer service, the sale will probably be over before you get a reply. If you can afford it, I suggest that you buy the items you want now (including the tutorial) and ask customer service for a refund of 50% of the items and 100% of the tutorial. Be sure to include a screenshot of the banner that does not say "in the cart at the same time". If they deny your claim, you can always return the items and wait for another sale to get them. Customer Service is usually pretty good about things like this, where you have the documentation of the advertised sale terms.

    Kevin, I got another suggestion from someone. The suggestion is that you put the items you want in your cart, but don't purchase them. Then right away submit a help request and ask Daz to process the cart if they can honor the discount. Be sure to include the screenshot of the banner ad that does not say "must be in the cart a the same time". Here is a link to the help request form. Specify "Sales" rather than "Technical Support" in the Contact Department drop down box. I hope you get it to work out.

    Thanks, @barbult. I did what you suggested and submitted a ticket to see if they could honor the discount.

    It appears that I already purchased the free poke through tutorial. And just as you said it wasn't showing for that reason. I forgot about it. I'll have to make sure I have it installed. I really want to look at it.

    You've been a great help. Here and in the other thread. You taught me some things that I didn't know. Like using the product folder.

    I think the tutorial may have been a PA Christmas gift freebie, or something like that.
