I would love to create characters in DAZ from a book that I am writing but I am no good at this at all (I'm trying to learn). Would anyone be willing to take on a project like this for me? Or maybe give me some suggestions?

    First, Daz is the company; I am guessing you refer to it's program, Studio.  I think you would need to provide more information.  Are you looking to create these characters so you can do illustrations?  Are they human?  Can you use Studio?  User morphs from the store or free sources to make them?  This is too little information for a good response.

    Or, putting it another way, try to define (for yourself as well as the forum) just what you mean when you say you want to "create a character", because that can be either very simple or extremely complex.   Probably the simple version (spin-dial someone unique from existing products) will suit your needs.

    That said, I enjoy doing 'cover' images for friends' writing projects (or sometimes my own awful stuff), and I am sure you can find other hobbyist artists here who would do this gratis, assuming that your writing project is also a nonprofessional thing.

    Also keep in mind that the Daz license agreement is very generous.  Your art is your art; even if you use lots of Daz products and characters to produce your art, you can do whatever you like with the resulting image.
