That looks a bit bushier, but thanks, I've dithered over getting that for some time. I shall probably dither a little longer.
Octavia Hair includes morphs to make the tails larger and smaller. It seems to me you could probably get it to look like that using the included morphs...
I'd put real money on It being Octavia hair, you can tell from the fringe hang weaved into the looser part. Thats very distinctive. The promo shots use the windy morphs which is why it looks poofier there.
