Hi, this looks very interesting. I wonder if the funitures and props are included, which you can see on the promos.
I mean in the living room, bathroom and in the kitchen. This is not really clear in the info....
Could please anybody tell me, who has bought this?

Some items appear to be included, like the kitchen counters, bath tub, blinds, shower curtain, and such, but at the moment I don't think or don't expect things like living room furniture or smaller items to be included. Give me a couple minutes to clarify in DAZ Studio directly, since DIM is on a download and installation rampage it takes a moment ;)

It does not include the furniture and props. Cabinets and fixtures and window coverings it does include. Much like a vacant house.

Hey guys! Wanted to drop in and clarify a few of the questions on the farmhouse.
As mentioned by a previous reply, the house comes with window treatments, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Basically, window blinds, counter tops, sinks, toilet, tub/shower, shower curtain, 4 ceiling fans, and a couple assorted light globes interior and exterior.
Ultimately there will be furniture sets available for it as well. The reason the furniture as pictured in the promos isn't immediately available is that it isn't all mine. However, most of the things that aren't mine are, are available here at Daz3d (which I probably should have mentioned in the description).

Note: the refrigerator in the appliances pack does not fit in the available space in the kitchen, as it is nearly twice as wide as the available space. This is a REALLY old house that the farmhouse was modeled on, and it was built before there was really any such thing as refrigerators or even indoor plumbing and electricity. Believe it or not, the actual house still has the original wiring from the 1920s and when I rendered the main promo image, my desktop computer alone would blow the circuit if anything else in the house was running. WAY old school! I will be doing appliances that fit in the proper real life spaces as I get the rest of the furniture sorted.
Things that will also be included in the furniture sets that are pictured in the promo are the tables and chairs, TV and stand, cable box, trademarked (shhhh) 4th generation game console that hasn't been released yet, the various things on the tables, the china cabinet, the kitchen counter stuff, and at least one full bedroom set. Most of this stuff is done and ready to go. Mostly just need to whip up the appliances and the sofas.
And yes, I totally love the breadbox as well, and that will be part of the furniture sets.

I love this model and look forward to the furniture being released.
I noticed a second floor room labeled bathroom but it doesn't have anything in it. Does the real house have the plumbing in there or did you not know what else to call the room. This is by no means a complaint or gripe. I am just curious.
In the real house it is a pseudo bathroom. I originally intended for it to be another closet/storage area in the model, and forgot to rename it.
The furniture is on the short list of things to get done before the end of this month. Mostly just need to do sofas and kitchen appliances.

damn ... i bought it this week because i let me been fooled of the images and i thought that there is furniture in it.
I should read descriptions more carefully.
The house is not bad, but unfortunately like "100" others i already have :-(

Cowboy, I'm kind of interested in these 100 other houses you have like this one. I'm super into architecture, and can never have too many houses. I wasn't aware of there being too many others in this market besides my own.
A year or so ago there was a problem using the farmhouse with ambient oculsion as discussed here: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/viewthread/54093/
Has this problem been fixed?
Doesn't include the lights from the promos either, unfortunately.
