Invalid discount amount

Just had a problem with completing a purchase, because of 'Invalid discount amount' (that is the error message that comes up). I've submitted a ticket. Not sure what I can do about this, as Daz calculates the discount and I pay the rest (via store credit); if Daz is getting it wrong, I won't be able to buy much!

Can you let us know what you had in the cart. This may be something that you will need to contact CS, but lets see if we can talk you trhough it first.
This was from the Drop dead Gorgeous offer: 2 new items + $1 Voodoo bundle +an item from '50 New PC items'. I emptied the cart and bought some PC+ items, no problem. Put the same 2 iems from DDG, Voodoo Bundle & 2 '50 new PC items' back and 'Invalid discount' comes up again.
That old black magic, eh?
I might see if I can get anywhere with the other thing I want from $1 offerings: but harder work than I would like.
Same for me - 2 of the qualifying items (college dorm and buckle up 2 dress), the free extreme blades, future series part 2 iray, and the voodoo bundle (for $1).
How strange:- for me I worked fine At what stage did the invalid discount message show?
Just to add, paying for the order via store credit. If I remove that and go to pay via Paypal I get so far as paying (I think?) and teh return from paypal to DAZ hangs (and is still hanging ... I see there is another thread touching upon that issue)
Pushed the button to make the purchase. Usual swirling on screen. Then instead of 'We have taken your money' (or some such usual message), I got the invalid message. I'm glad someone else is in the same boat (if syou see what I mean) - as that suggests an issue that needs resolving.
Preferably in time to part me from more money.
Same problem for me; college dorm, i13 poses and voodoo bundle in basket but on payment with card I get the message "Invalid discount amount".
Hopefully this can be sorted before the offer ends!
Just to be clear: I too was college dorm, i13 poses & voodoo bundle: there seems to be a pattern here.
We have reported this issue.
I had the same problem. I have a feeling listing the voodoo bundle was an error because they also are offering the two halves of it separately...
I did wonder about that - but there are physicality bundles for V4/M4 on the complete listing.
I have an addtiional problem: my phone line is misbehaving and work is being done on the line. My broadband has also been fluctuating today, so I may not be able to complete a purchase - we will have to see.
I'm getting it with Bedroom Area Set 1 & i13 The Horror with the Rundown Apartment as the $1 deal. I originally had some PC+ items in the cart too but took them out and still got the error
I also get the "invalid discount amount" for the DDG + $1 promo. Tried two different combinations, same result.
I think they screwed up (again) on the sale. I had two items from the "Beauty" stuff, and lilith pro, which was a great deal. But, by the time I entered the CC information, purchase just fizzled (I didn't get an error). When I go back to the beauty promo, the Lilith pro thing is no longer there (nor is the voodoo bundle, which I was considering buying two more to get for $1) so I'm assuming that someone discovered that they had added some stuff that wasn't supposed to be there)
These errors are pretty frustrating. Why can't they get it right the first time?
I have two of the correct items in my shopping cart and can't get the $1 price for the dead item.
The first time I tried, it worked. Then after adding another piece to my cart, it stopped working.
Now I have logged out, cleared all cookies, logged back in again and attempted to use the deal, but it won't work.
Sorry to say it, but I would advice Daz to hire some competent programmers for once.
This is getting ridiculous. Why are these problems still persistent, months after months?
I will have to dismiss this deal simply because it doesn't work technically.
Daz and a vendor just missed to opportunity to have $30 from me, due to the glitchy website.
getting no $1 discounts now everything at full price listed on the page also sometimes the new releases jump up in prices in checkout
Alright seems to be working now. For me it did anyway. Time to get more lol
Not working for me yet The Voodo bundle is full price with College Dorm and Iray lights in the cart.

just noticed something else now the pc+ items in the list a lot I know have always been $1.99 have now also jumped up in price to $6.95 such as the various mad/horror nurse doctor, west park stuff, horror movie patient, and several others I know seen seems like forever always been $1.99 items

I'm starting to think that the Voodoo bundle shouldn't be there. If you click below the items on the sale page that says "Shop All Dead Now", it's not in that section. So I'm wondering if they just haven't taken it down yet. Same with the Voodoo Queen Bundle and the Shadow Man Bundle. They are all, well not full price but not $1 either and neither are showing up in the "Shop All Dead Now" section.

It still shows on the Drop Dead Banner promo page for me! If DAZ doesn't want to honor it then it shouldn't be there. So, I guess NO SALE!
Looks like they got rid of anything more than $6.95 from the "DEAD Selection" (following the "SHOP ALL DEAD NOW" button at the bottom) and none of the bundles on the promo page come up at $1. Sounded too good to be true.
did the sign out sign in thing. tried several combos seems like like others said a lot of stuff advertised isn't included and some of those listed on the front page don't even appear in the see all section. Now the only items that appear to get reduced to $1 are only the ones listed as $6.95 everything else is full price listed but anoth thing like I mentioned many of these items most of the pc+ items listed before this sale have always been $1.99 to pc+ members normaly true there are a few of the more expensive pc+ items listed too but most are normaly $1.99 not $6.95
We have pointed the mismatch between promo page and "shop all" list out to Daz.
Thanks Richards It's working now I just got the Voodo Bundle for $1 with the combo in my screen shot above.
