Professional-looking Business Man - Cartoon style

Anyone know if DAZ or other DAZ studio compatible vendor, sells a rigged business man? I need something like this for a project where the figure is hold various signage, but all I see are females though.

The figure I'm looking for has that cartoon V shape - small feet and legs, large chest (Superman/Batman like).

This product is kind of what I'm looking for, again except in a male figure as I described above (http://www.daz3d.com/star-original-figure).

Thanks.

I seem to remember the Poser 4 has low poly business male and female shapes that I think you can buy at the Content Paradise site for a good price. If not buying an old copy of Poser Pro (search Amazon) will get them for you almost as cheaply.

There's a stylized business man & woman in this set http://www.daz3d.com/3d-starter-pack

You can see them in the bottom left hand corner of the promo but there is no link to their product page because they are only available in the pack now  so here's the old promo:

Never bothered downloading them so can't say more.

Edit: Shocking spelling and punctuation :-(

What about Animated for Genesis Male you could really get the caricature toon look with him and use the Genesis 2 clothing ..... http://www.daz3d.com/animated-shapes-for-genesis-2-male-s

  • Thanks for the input everyone. The stylized business man & woman probably won't work, at least from the few pics I see - they don't really look all that inviting.

As for carrie58's suggestion, I'm more inclined to try the Animated Genesis Male if I can find appropriate clothing items.

If you are looking for a different cartoon style, Captain Charisma might be an excellent alternative (comes with hair, etc). Still needs some morphing for shorter legs and smaller feet, but Shape Shift for G3M should be able to do that (I'm installing new PC, so no chance to test now). G3M Clothing shouldn't be a problem then, e.g. H&C Business Suit ASuave for Genesis 3 Male(s) with Add-on , Dress Shoes for Genesis 3 Male(s) , or something autofitted from G2M maybe..

Gotta check why I'm not getting email alerts when this thread is updated.

    @carrie58 thanks for the suggestion.

@bad4u thank you for the research and links - what a time saver!

  • Figured that out, now how do I un-confuse my username? After adjusting forum notifications I noticed it's part of my email address and then a bunch of alpha numeric stuff.

In addition to the figure options mentioned above, there are other options depending on what you want to use as your base figure if you dont/unable to use Genesis.  Such as:
    HiroToon - http://www.daz3d.com/hiro-toon
    HiroToon4 - http://www.daz3d.com/3d-universe-hirotoon-4
Norm - http://www.meshbox.com/normbase.html (And he's FREE and comes with clothing)

    Good Luck!
