Where have the connect files gone for download?

22nd April. Where have the connect files gone for download? nb Jade Tiger Hair for Genesis 3 Female(s), Jepe's Body Jewels 2 for Daz Studio and Sexy Cheongsam for Genesis 3 Female(s).

Has Daz given up on Connect or maybe a server glitch?

    There used to be an annoying glitch where stuff you bought didn't show up as available to Connect until after a short (or not so short) delay. Maybe that glitch is back...?

    I hadn't downloaded them, so just checked in my Smart Content tab, and they are there for download when I filter for Jade in the Products tab.  Is that what you mean?

    I looked at the My Account - Product Library again. 12 hours later the problem still persists. I could use the standard files but it will become a bit of a mess if different items go to diffeent runtime directories. Thanks guys, looks like a support ticket needed.

    Try selecting the products>all button on the top of smart content then click the available button at the bottom, then sort by newest first and see if they show that way. I've found with conect thatif you try drilling it down to the category you -think- it should be in, sometimes they won't show.

    I should have made it clear that the greyed out files appear on Daz Studio 4.9 and I can load online but I used to be able to download the offline connect files *.sea and *.sep also off the Daz site.

    I don't see any offline files for the free Light Probe Tool  (and it isn't showing in Connect) but the other new items in my order hsitory are showing with offline Install packages. I don't have the Jade Tiger stuff to check that but it doesn't appear to exclude Connect install so I will send in a query.
