Gift card issue

I purchased a gift card for myself but I can't find the activation code on any mail I recieved or in my account info. Could someone tell me where it's usually found?

    You should receive an email titled 'You have been sent a gift'  It is sent to the email you filled in as receipient and the code is in that.

    If you didn't receive that email check your spam folder

    Heh, I checked it a dozen times, can't find it. Thanks though. Can you tell me where to send a mail for support?

    It's also possible that you may have mistyped the recipient email when filling out the gift card form.

    You can contact customer service by clicking Help > Contact Us > Submit a Help Ticket

    You must effectively submit a ticket to the store dept. It already happened to me and it is what I had to do to get the problem fixed...

    Yeah I'm almost positive I did...just hope if anyone else got it, they didn't already use it.   ;)   Submitted, thanks everyone.

    I did that earlier and was unable to get back to claim it due to a Magneto error. It cleared up after a while though.
