Can't sign into Install Manger?

As you can see I can sign in on the website indecision

I recently uninstalled Daz Studio Manger and removed everything and then I downloaded the Install Manger Again

 

Keeps saying my password wrong frown pretty sure it's not since I'm typing right here and can see all my info just fine.

 

"Unable to login to the specified account, verfiy the email and or password and try again.

 

My account and everything has already been verfied I don't know what's going on here. crying

    Are you sure the email is also correct? All that DIM does is pass the credentials you enter to the Daz servers to log-in, so the details should work if correct.

    Yes I'll try again, my account I'm using to type this has the same email adress and password as my install manger so I'm sure that it's right I may have to contact someone thanks for reply though.

    Check your firewall/security software settings...if DIM is being blocked by a firewall, the same type of error can occur.
