Looking for a betta for DS4.9

I am looking for a betta fish for DS4.9. I do have other 3d programs but DS 4.9 is the only one currently installed. I think I have a program that can convert 3dsmax files into obj but only for non commercial use.
Edit: looks like I still have access to that software. It is like 3dsmax but it is made by autodesk but has a non commerical limitation.

It's not rigged, but looks great as a static prop.
I import the .3ds into Poser then save as a Poser Scene file .PZ3. Load that into Daz Studio and save it out as a Daz prop in .duf format.
Currently Poser is not installed but I am trying to download it tonight or tomorrow to install it. I do have some non-commerical version of Autodesk software. I am trying to download that today before going to work this morning. I think that can convert 3ds models into obj models. That is if I can get it to install.

Note: Prop Viewer ( http://www.sharecg.com/v/38800/gallery/11/Poser/Prop-Viewer-3 ) can open 3DS files and export them as obj or pp2 files

It's a 3DS file not a max file. You can download the prop viewer (that I linked to above) to open it and then export it as an obj file.
okay I will try that out tomorrow as it is getting close to nine pm my time and I need to be rested for work tomorrow.
