Is there some 3000 Human SFX Pack anywhere?
in The Commons
I've noticed there are SFX nonhuman sound packs. But there aren't any human voice packs like sounds like "hello" "bye", "see you later" and a lot more, (laughing etc) with female, male, children voices. There are sites with Royalty free sound samples but why aren't there any PACKS
For example there is this huge one but there is almost zero human sounds and it's quite affordable.

producerloops have voice packs of royalty free old movies, old radio shows and horror movies in their Cinematic tag. If you don't mind editing the phrases you want, of course.
speech2go is what happened to Ivona. It reads whatever you type in a variety of purchasable voicebanks. Amy is great, Brian is pretty good, and of course little girl Ivy is equally hilarious and creepy. You have to fiddle with spellings to get the desired emphasis sometimes, and although it is possible to warp the output into something approximating natural speech, it's better used for robotic characters, or just generic voiceovers. It works well for radio jingles, anything with clarity over interaction, mostly. You can tell it's a voicebank speaking short of a lot of clever warp points, put it that way.
