If the March Madness "Mid Catchup" is April 12

Does that mean March Madness is running till late May/early June?

    Today is not the "Mid" catch-up sale.... it's the VERY LAST FINAL DAY catch-up sale. I suspect that March Madness only ran this long because many products that were intended for March Madness took a little longer than expected making it through Daz QA. With RDNA stuff coming over, new vendors appearing, Mei Lin 7, and "soon" to be released Lee 7, I can only imagine that they might be a bit overwhelmed at the moment.

    Towards the end of march the banner said "Mid Sale Catchup" or something similar. It's been happening sometimes over the last few years for these supposed-to-last-a-month (hah!) events; I think DAZ is trying to confuse us (again).

    I half expected MM to run at least until Lee 7 was released. If he goes out with just the standard 30% off intro price, he will sell a lot worse than mei lin did.

    I thought Mei Lin was well received... wasn't she? Most people mentioned that they bought her just to get an extra discount on Lee 7 when he arrived (supposedly) later this month. I didn't happen to read the add closely enough to see the "later this month" thing... but someone said it did.

    I bought Mei Lin7 Pro straight away cause I liked her and I liked her after I got her plus some of the addons like the under the sun expressions they're good but yeah I saw the Lee7 offer too but still was getting M regardless think it was if you bought her pro you got an extra 30% off Lee on top of the usual intro+pc discounts so at a guess say around $38? like they offered for some of the other pro bundle specials they had recently and yeah was later this month which may be today my time or sometime this week to kick off a new sale maybe

    Greetings,

    Given a typical starting price of $134.95, I'd expect him to be 30% off (new), 30% off (PC+), and 25% off (Mei Lin bundle) for a total of ~$49.59 (give or take a penny).  Of course I've used my PC+ coupon (on Mei Lin IIRC), but that's still a nice discount.

    We'll see, but I wouldn't expect it to be much more than that.  The MM prices on new DAZ O items were really, really good...

    Madness is over and, typically, I missed something. In another thread I was asking about real-world skins (like Cailin) and someone recommended Mei Lin. Bleary eyed, having just woken up, I put her in my shopping cart and went back to look for something else to take advantage of any price combination discount. Next time I looked at my cart she had suddenly jumped in price. My fault, no complaints but even at half price, $22 is a little too much for yet another character. I'm only looking for a realistic skin (blemishes, freckles, moles, etc.) I rarely use the character shape (except for Bethany).
