RuntimeDNA items not marked as purchased?

I wonder why items from RuntimeDNA, wich I purchased their, are not marked as purchased in the DAZ Shop.

I bought Pix Solaine at RuntimeDNA and now it arraives in the DAZ Shop but isn`t marked at purchased.

 I hope this is only an error and would be fixed otherwise it could be end up in buying things (already owend) again.

(And yes; I use the same e-mail adress at DAZ and RuntimeDNA - so it was said we don`t have to do anything about our accounts and it would be merged automaticly)

    Same problem for me. Anyway I have not found the items in my purchase history. Perhaps that the transfer is not finished yet?

    It`s also not in my Product Library

    With products you have purchased at RDNA that aren't showing as "purchased" or in your account as yet, give it about three days - if nothing happens then, send in a support ticket. 

    I'm finding:

    Some show as 'purchased' immediately they hit the store. 

    Some take 2 days to show as 'purchased' and hit my account, but then it's another day or so before they show as "available" to download in my Smart Content tab. 

    It's a bit of a hit'n'miss with them - so generally i wait till i send in a ticket. 

    Also, I'm pretty sure you know this, but just in case - your rdna account EMAIL is the exact same as your daz account EMAIL?

    I've had the same problem. I submitted a help ticket two weeks ago, and they're still trying to figure it out. I suggest that you submit a help ticket listing your RDNA username, associated email address, order numbers for purchased untagged items, along with the items' names and their respective SKU numbers. By giving all info up front, you may save some time in back and forths.

    Even though I changed my email addresses to match them up, Daz has still been unable to locate my account.

    I'm having the same problem — now I'm beginning to wonder how many items I may have double purchased across both sites in the latest promotions at DAZ.

    The Wings of Despair for DAZ Studio and Daughters of Eve are not showing as purchased in my DAZ account, even though my email address matches at both sites, so this shouldn't be happening.

    I guess we now have to start cross referencing our order histories across both sites, and seek refunds for any possible duplicate purchases recently within the last 30 days.

    We can't wait 3 days to figure out what we've already purchased to take advantage of Today Only promotions... but we can seek refunds where applicable for duplicate purchases. I hope they fix it though, ultimately it's a hassle for everyone.

    None of these are showing as purchased in my DAZ3D account either — all were purchased through RuntimeDNA between June 2015 and December 2015:

    - EarMatters for Genesis 2 Female(s) 
    - EarMatters for Genesis 2 Male(s) 
    - Xanadu Hair for Genesis 3 Female 
    - ColorTherapy: XANADU 
    - Intense G3F 
    - ULTRAGENESIS: Faces of G 
    - Daughters of Eve (Faces) for G3F 
    - Shanda Hair for Genesis 3 Female 
    - Colour Therapy: Shanda 
    - UltraGenesis: Expressive 
    - UltraGenesis 2/3

    Thank you very much for the help. I believe that we will have to submit a ticket since our purchases are not transferred correctly. My e-mail address was meanwhile the same at RDNA and DAZ.

    2 of the new RDNA products are now showing as "purchased" for me on the store pages this morning. Not sure if they're showing in Smart Content for download as yet tho.

    Another thing to try is to actually type the name in as a filter in yer product library. My items don't show at the recently purchased area but when I type in the name they pop up.

    ANOTHER thing that DAZ can do is in our Product Library, put ARTIST in as a search criteria.   As of this moment all we have is the product name.  That is useful as it is the *ONLY* thing we have.  We need the Creator/Artist too.   

    Plus, only a few of the things I've bought at RDNA show in my Product Library.

    Yes, some of the items I bought from RDNA, such as this, http://www.daz3d.com/snowflake, is not showing up as purchased for me.  I use the same email address for DAZ and RDNA.
