Mirror left arm to right arm Pose???

In poser, you can selct from pull down menu to copy left leg, or arm, or side to right leg, arm, side, etc. Is there a feature like that in Daz? If so, I can't find it. It's agreat time saver when posing limbs to same pose. Thanks.

Its in the parameters tab options menu (the little triangle thingy). Shift Y is the shortcut as Imago already said.
