Kudos to Daz Support for refunding sale price difference

Wednesday evening I purchased this item at full price: Selfie Stick and Smart Phone. I was in a hurry, so I paid full price of $14.95. I was on a deadline for a project, and I needed a good, hi-res cell phone right then. The very next morning (probably not even 8 hours later), the March Maddness Catch-Up sale started, and the phone was now listed at $8.97. Ugh.
So, I sent a help ticket to the support team and asked if they could refund me the difference between the regular price and the sale price.
A few hours later, Britney replied that she had issued the difference to my account as store credit.
I just wanted to thank her -- and everyone at Daz Support -- for taking care of this so fast. I think the support here is really pretty darned good, and just wanted to say so.

I, personally, love DAZ support. The are always curteous and very helpful.
I, also, have found them to be very nice to deal with and appreciate it as well.
Yep, I love DAZ support. They truly give exception client service. My experiences with them have been tremendously positive on all levels.
They are one of the main reasons I do most of my shopping at DAZ. Even if I occassionally have issues they are the best customer service team.IMHO
