Habitus Malus (at least) shows as Purchased, and is in DIM for download for me. I am guessing it's an ongoing thing with products being 'copied across' and being added to the right accounts, etc., etc.
None of my stuff from there shows in my product library at all. Just the stuff I just purchased here at daz. I have a ton of his freebies as well. I am going to go over and download everything to a separate folder just so I have it. I need to do it for the pc anyway since i just wiped studio and started over. Which means re installing all of my not daz content manually anyway.
That one for me is showing as purchsased but isn't in DIM nor my product library.
Do you use DIM? You can reinstall everything that shows in DIM in one step and it will take 1/16 the time. You'll spend 2 days installing manually and it's a couple hour for DIM. You just point where you want the stuff to install to a start it.
Does the email for your RDNA account match the email for your Daz account?
Yes I do. I have all of my content from DAZ reloaded (took two days with Dim) and once I get that categorized (not moving files, just back to the custom categories I need to be able to find stuff) I will be adding all the stuff I have purchased at other sites as well as the freebies I had previously. But non of the stuff from RDNA shows in my library except for the stuff I just bought yesterday. Which loads just fine that's no problem. I'm not sure I could have done it if I had to all of the daz content manually. I think it would takes weeks not just two days lol.
And yes my email matches I checked this afternoon.
When I say product library I mean in my account not in my studio. Once they are loaded they show up fine in studio I just don't have them in downloadable library as a product yet. Sorry if that was confusing.
I totally understand that its going to take awhile for everything to be integrated, its truly not that big of a deal for me, I will be loading stuff for weeks I am sure so no worries on my end I am sure they will show up eventually
Products that are migrated from the RuntimeDNA store to the Daz store should, if the emails match, appear in your account on Daz as soon as they come across. Other items won't show up.
Yes I know only the ones with vendors who are coming over are migrating. Really its not that big of a deal for me it really isn't THAT much stuff.
They should, but they're not. There seems to be a delay of a couple of days at least. Two days at least for the store pages to show 'purchased', and another day or two for the files to show up in DIM.
Incidentally, is anything being done about the ease (or otherwise) of simply finding transferred RDNA items in our Product Library listings? It would be nice if we could just search on a filter of "rdna" — or any other vendor name, come to think of it — this is a feature that's long been needed.
I'm curious if Runtime DNA content will be marked with one of the poser filters? I tend not to look at poser content...But have bought a number of items from them and used them successfully in Studio. Should I be checking the filters for poser only content?
All my past rdna purchases by Mortem Vetus had finally showed up in dim and are showing as owned..........except Nosferatu, which simply refuses.
You shouldn't need to set the download filters to include Poser, as the Poser-format files are needed for DS also. If they work in DS they should be tagged for DS also.
I wanted to check, now that I have seen Habitus Malus crop up in my DIM. Imagine my surprise when I find that of all the filters you can use, vendor name is not one of them ...!!! That has to be a huge oversight, surely?
DIM can only sort on information that is available -- products don't come tagged with things like vendor names, compatible figures, type of product, etc. (although after they are installed the product metadata may include that information).
I wasn't using DIM for this (got a long running render going), but rather the Product Library. It still seems a bit of an oversight, though - I'd think I'd me far more likely to search on vendor name than, for exampe, sku (even using ranges, etc.)
The Cronkers and the Gobblers still have not shown up in my product library. Time to get all my rdna receipts in order.
It seems we were also told that there would be an RDNA (or something like that) filter on the product library so we could find our downloads specifically. I'm not finding anything like. I have to know the exact name of the product in order to find it (or not as the case may be).
What I was told---and it works!--is to put order::0 in the filter box.
I don't even have 20% of my RDNA stuff in DIM...and even less than that because some of the prods have both PS and DS versions which count twice in DIM but only once in my RDNA folder of re-downed product files. I just check to make sure I don't purchase something I already bought.
