That wasn't a glimpse of Spidey.  That was an introduction.

what? Spidey not in the movie?

Ironman said, on the roof.  and then a web came shooting down at the Capt.

    saw hawkeye, black widow,

no hulk or thor.  guess they busy.

You meant the new Captain America trailer, not Captain Marvel.  They haven't even offiically cast the "Marvel" Captain Marvel yet... though the rumor mill is currently running strong for Yvonne Stahovski or Katie Sackhoff, with a fan-made poster featuring the former on IMDB... and, AFAIK, the only person who's been cast in the entire DC Captain Marvel film "Shazam" so far is Duane Johnson as Black Adam.

    He actually said, "Underoos".

    Which ruins it for me.

How am I supposed to take seriously the feature film of my childhood hero when they cast that buffon in a lead role?

would think they'd cast someone younger in the role.

Black Adam's a few thousand years old and the casting choice is obviously riffing on Johnson's similar role in the Mummy and Scorpion King.  And casting an A-lister like the Rock as the villain makes it more likely that they'll go with a lesser known actor for Cap himself and Billy rather than stunt casting.  My main concern is that the classic Black Adam storyline also incorporates Captain Marvel Jr., Mary Marvel and Uncle Marvel, which is way too many main new characters to try and shoehorn into a single film, and that means that the story's probably going to altered even worse than it was in the old 70s TV series.  I would personally have preferred Dr. Sivana or Mr. Mind as the main baddie.

I've read somewhere that the Hulk will be showing up in Thor: Ragnarok. I'd love to see Loki's face if he encountered ole Jade Jaws in Asgard

Oh please no Katie Sackhoff. Isn't Captain Marvel supposed to look good in spandex? "Yvonne Strahovski" yes please. She actually has the body (and face) to play your typical superheroine, which isn't exactly common in casting choices.

Well, if you go back to the original comic Spidey, his presence pretty much gaurantees victory for whoevers side he's on.  Despite what the movies have shown, he's one of the strongest, fastest, most agile superheroes in the Marvel universe.  His spider-sense means landing a hit on him is VERY difficult.  Only a VERY few in the Marvel universe are faster, or stronger.  And virtually no-one is better in both.  The wall-crawling and webs are just icing on the cake.

(According the the official 'guide to the Marvel Universe' series, back in the days before a lot of title proliferation, Spider-Man was the fourth strongest hero on earth.  He was only beaten out by Hulk, Thor, and The Thing (Ben Grimm).  Only a couple were faster, Quicksilver being one of them.  Lots of readers and viewers don't realize it, as Spidey usually doesn't 'cut loose' at full strength....as most of the thugs he fights would be maimed or killed by his raw strength and speed.  But when he does?  Watch out.......)

And lots of people can beat Ol' Greenskin.....The Hulk has virtually NO resistance to psychic/mental attacks, or magic.  Professor X or Doctor Strange could easily eliminate him from the fight in seconds.  Heck, even the weird movie version of Scarlett Witch probably could.  Just don't try to go toe-to-toe with him in physical prowess......or HULK will SMASH.

HP, yeah nobody should ever buy Spidey's "poor me" schtick. The guy who wrote the first Secret Wars had some fun with that, had Spidey beat up the X-Men, Titania, etc. Like you said, Spidey has one of the best power sets of any Marvel superhero. His schtick is no more based in reality than Rodney Dangerfield's.

Yep.  And in one of the issues of Spidey's own comics (I think it was "Web of SpiderMan") he fought a Herald of Galactus BY HIMSELF.  Spend the the first 90% of the comic running and insulting the poor herald (Firelord?) and shouting out for someone to "call the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, Somebody!" as he was just 'your friendly neighborhood spider man', and didn't think he could handle a herald of Galactus....

And then proceeds to beat him down in like 5 panels when he finally has had enough and gets serious.  Then the Avengers show up, late to the party as usual, and stop him from continuing to pummel the unconscious herald.....

Spiderman (to Cap. America):  "This walking flamethrower chased me all the way here from Queens.  Queens!  He's a former herald of Galactus, for pete's sake....he could have killed me!"

Captain America:  "Well, from what I caught of the end of this donnybrook, he couldn't lay a finger on you.  We'll take it from here."

    "Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" my fanny.

You just gotta love the classic hero shows! :-) I wish they would bring Isis back to the screen in some form (new TV show or movie).
