purchased RDNA new products not showing as purchased

Is anyone else having this problem? 

I noticed in the new Mortem Vetus catalogue today, that I previously purchased a few of these items at RDNA. None of them are showing as 'purchased' on the store page for me, nor are they in my DIM. 

My email address at RDNA is exactly the same as the one I use here. 

I didn't think I would have a problem as the Mst Dark Star product is showing as 'purchased' for me on the store page, as well as being in my product library (but not in my DIM), so I thought hte crossover would go ok for me...but none of my Mortem Vetus products are showing as purchased. Just wondering if this is a known glitch for others.

    I read in another thread that someone else experienced a 24 hour delay before the products showed up in their purchase history. So, maybe wait a day or so and if they still haven't showed up, than submit a ticket to CS

    Jaki, yes I'm having that too. I've owned Dead Meat for quite some time and it's showing as not having been purchased,.....at least on the item page. My screen name and email is exactly the same for both places and always has been. My guess is this will be cleared up eventually.

    I'm expecting my DIM to blow up within the next few days. I've got quite a few products by them/brahann. Really looking forward to seeing their new stuff here.

    me too, but now need to rethink my not DAZ content runtime if I clear it out folder by folder of MV stuff

    Have to be careful shopping for now, I think.  I'm sure it will settle down.  Star showed as purchased right away, but a lot of the other products still haven't.

    Yeah, they're showing for me too. Happened before but a day or two later it was okay. Problem is it makes it hard to know for sure if you've gotten something already.

    I felt guilty but I'm glad I grabbed everything in my purchased history at RDNA. Now they're in one folder all together on one external (instead of in backup CD's from way back in 2002 etc.) And alphabetized by the product name so it's easy to be sure I've already purchased.

    I was trying to figure out how I could download/save all my product invoices/purchase invoices from RDNA, so I can just flick through them to see if I have purchased something there, rather than do a search in the purchase history.

    In fact, I just went over and had a look at the site in your link...I didn't even know these existed! Absolutely brilliant!!

    Amen to that...  he has taken care of us "collectors" for some time now, constantly updating his wares without asking for a dime!   Great products and fantastic customer service - THANK YOU!!!!!

    Oh, thanks! blush  The purpose is indeed to make life easier by automating all the boring stuff so you can focus on the fun stuff, like rendering, instead.

    Anyway, new version has been released and tutorial updated. If you have "Check for updates on startup" checked you should get an update window on startup, otherwise you can check manually under Help.

    Well, I submitted a ticket about the Mortem Vetus products not showing in DIM or as 'purchased' for me and got a reply this morning, saying 'there was a delay in the files for the download, and that if I open up DIM the files will now be there'. 

    But they're not. 

    The Mortem Vetus products are still not showing in DIM for me, nor are they showing as 'purchased' on the store page. Sam with "Mst Dark Star" - that's in my product library and it IS showing as purchased, but it's not in DIM. 

    I replied to the ticket saying it still wasn't working.

    Check them by name, Jaki. They won't show as new.

    ok, hte store product pages are now showing as purchased for me.

    However, still not in DIM. I've searched via the name of the products and still nothing is coming up.

    I noticed an armload of Mortem Vetus products in DIM about an hour ago. They're coming across, it seems! Hopefully everyone's transition goes as smoothly.

    yep, finally showing in DIM  for me :)

    I did check last night and this morning and they weren't there, but when I checked about 10 minutes ago, they are all there. I had DIM set to  "package date: recent first" and they are showing in products. Previously even searching for them via name wasn't showing htem. So hopefully, maybe it's just a delay of a couple of days for RDNA to show in DIM.

    Both of those products are now live, and if you bought them at RDNA they should go live in your account within a day.

    I'm still seeing several products I own that are not showing as purchased Rolf for example is not showing as purchased, but Ragnorak and Braided Hair are both showing as purchased, I don't seem to have any of my MV stuff in DIM.

    The same is happening for me with those exact items, as well as quite a few others.

    Same for me. Rolf and Balverk are not showing as purchased, but the Book of Souls is. I just double-checked and my Book of Souls purchase is more recent than the other two. It's possible they haven't gotten older purchases in the queue yet, but that's pure speculation on my part. Well, that can't be it. I bought Ragnarok and Rolf at the same time and Ragnarok shows as purchased and Rolf does not. Oh, well.

    The one thing I am doing before purchasing here is going to the downloads at Runtimedna and search for the vendor - it gives me a list which I can check fast.

    Most everything I got from RDNA was Aeon Soul and EvilInnocence, which sadly have not been brought over to daz (yet)

    Everything else was freebies which I guess are staying at RDNA or moving to personal websites. :(

    So far, only 4 previously purchased Mortem Vetus product have shown up in my library.  I just had to submit a ticket because I accidentally bought one that I didn't realize I already owned and had to submit a ticket for a refund.  After buying, I thought I should double check exactly which Mortem Vetus items I had bought at RuntimeDNA.  I, actually, hadn't realized that I had so much of his stuff!  Now, I'm thinking I can't buy anything until things settle down.  Nothing is showing up in my DIM yet even the few products that DAZ thinks I already own when I look on his shop page.
