I don't know if I've just never paid attention before, or if something changed at some point, but I'm getting some nasty seams between the face and torso maps. I went through and adjusted the gamma (2.2 for colour maps, 1.0 for non) and that didn't do the trick. Tried rendering in 3DL w/ shading rate set to .2, no dice, and Iray is just as noticible. Pulled the maps into Photoshop and I *think* the seam may be at the texture level because I think there might be a slight difference in colour between the maps, but I'm not quite sure.

Looks as though this is in the 3d View and not a render. If you render it, do you still have seams?
Yep.
Almost looks like two different embedded color profiles...
Does PS warn when opening an image with an embedded color profile?
I've never seen a warning for it so I'm not sure.
You are correct the facial texture is completely different from the rest of the textures and there is a definite seam where the textures meet it is like chalk and cheese.. I might not have been a problem when you put hair on the character but for the neck area as well.. Surprised I never noticed it but then again I have hardly used the character, I think what gets me is that the PA didn't even notice this issue when they created it and that Daz didn't see it either before posting it in store..
It also shows up during rendering as well.. This is a 3DL render with one light and as you can see by the pic below it is very noticeable..
Have you both submitted tickets?
