Yeah I was confused because adding the PC+ hair works as both boosters (which Chris' math shows and I can't math) but I didn't see goldtassel in the artist list for items that worked?

Okay, that did't work. I got the first 30% but not the second. I give up.
Boiselazon, Lady Littlefox's Star! seems to be the key, as chris-2599934 points out in his post, and as others have said, it's probably not a good deal if you're not into toon characters. I can confirm that the numbers he gave seem to be accurate as of right now also.
It is absolutely missleading. Daz must stop this awfull game playing with wording they don't understand themselves. And yes, unfortunately, it seems that this discount only apply on star&co.

It says "30% off RELATED MAD ITEMS". When you go and see what the "related mad items" are, you can see that they are the "star&co" items, as you put it. Clicking on the banner takes you to exactly this part of the promo page. I don't think there is anything misleading in this at all.
I don't think it's misleading, but it is a bit more complicated than you'd think. Or badly worded. Or not working the way they intended.
The basis of the sale is buy 1 new MM thing 1 artist MM thing each giving a stacking 30% discount on Star (as well as the usual 40>50% on all items involved.) Except that most of the new MM items count as the artist item too (maybe.)
The result is fantastic savings if you're interested in the newly moved over Star, but a not inconsiderable headache figuring out the mechanism to get that saving. Perhaps it might have been better to highlight that instead of 'related mad' the discount was going to 'Star and her items.' Also, adding in two new terms 'madness booster' and 'a artist booster' probably confused a lot of people who had no idea what these new things were (are they the mind blower? no. do they replace the mind blower? no. etc.)
They should have just said, buy any new mad item, and get 30% off star and her accessories.
But any new mad and any still mad item and get 60% off star and her accessories.
(If that's how it works that is)
I don't think there's any way they could ever word things that wouldn't have people complaining about being confused. It's one of the drawbacks of doing any sale more complicated than a simple 'this item is X% off its original price'. Didn't have Star yet, so this worked out well for me. :)
After looking at the wording again, I can see now that the extra 30% off is only on the related items (ie star stuff), but it is a bit misleading calling one of the discounts an artist booster, which I had originally assumed would act on the relevant artist's back catalogues, but obviously that is not the case. Like others have also said, if you are not into toon renders (I am also not) then this is a deal easily skipped, but at 50%-75% off those toon items it does represent a good deal for those items.
They called it "artist booster" as it is triggered by buying an item from one of the featured artists.
Yeah, it looked awesome, and I filled my cart with stuff from the PC+ hair, something from an artist, and "We're all mad" items... and was still only getting 50% off. Thanks for pointing out that's only the Star items. I'll need to re-plan my cart.
And so many things in "We're all mad" today that almost never go on sale! 'Cept it's a tiny sale...
Well, the good news is that my "must have", Bar Interior, finally went on sale. Bought, plus a few "Nice to Have" items, mostly cheap old PC+ like Cat Props. And some freebies.
The bad news is that the latest MM iteration is too confusing, and I don't need any Star. Oh, well, there's always the end of March specials to look forward to.

I'm not mindblown. Gemma has a nice face the rest is ok but nothing that would bring me to buy another female character.
I think this is the first day of MM where I neither buy nor wishlist a Newly Mad Item.
Swole and Dead Zone are nice, but I dont have a use for them...

I would have bought a bunch of the new related Star items if they'd come out yesterday... today the deal takes too much effort to activate so I'll wait for later.

Star stuff I bought at RDNA doesn't indicate I did.
Yesterday (the initial run) was fine and the stuff I had already purchased at DNA didn't show up.
What shows up today for me, anyway, are 13 products, of which I already own 10.
Did a batch maybe not get processed yet?
Are you sure the email address of your RDNA account is the same as your email address for your DAZ3D account?

There's a problem on my account page for a few days now: When I click the 'Orders' button it links to and reloads the active page, means when I'm on wishlist the 'orders' button links to wishlist etc. I can still open orders list from the 'view all' link on 'account info' page, so orders page is still working. I only tested with Firefox yet, but it is on different computers.
Sorry for not being more helpful here in the forums, but I would suggest opening a support ticket.
Thanks. It's actually 18 not 13 that I already own from today's page. Basically of all the Star stuff in the DAZ store as of today there are only 3 products I don't have and I'm not planning to get because pure Poser. Probably just a glitch in the process.

Today's daily mind blower, http://www.daz3d.com/ej-graciana-for-genesis-3-female-s is Daz Encrypted Connect only. Encrypted products still aren't marked properly so it's easy to miss.
I really hope that is a mistake. As much as I love Emma and Jordi's stuff I'm not buying something I can't use. (as DAZ connect refuses to work for me)
I was just coming in here to say something about that. I suspect it is a mistake. First, because none of the MM new releases have been encrypted before this; Second, none of the other items released today are encrypted; And third, there is nothing on the March Madness sales page to indicate the item is encrypted. In the past, every sale has been quite explicit about the products being Encrypted DAZ Connect only.
But I took it out of my cart, just to be safe. As I'm still running 4.8, I won't be able to use anything encrypted until 12 months after release... so I'll buy it then, whatever "it" is. Assuming I still want "it."
I was looking to buy some of the IGD poses for Star but the product page doesn't show the poses there's only a main promo image, its really difficult to make a purchase if I can't get some idea of what there is in the product.
And yes I'm also finding this promo really confusing and its actually delaying me from spending.
Yeah I have all of today's related pose sets in my cart but the fact that I can't actually see what any of the poses are has put me off buying too. One promo of 1-2 poses really isn't enough.
