Looks like a kit bash. The shirt is from http://www.daz3d.com/skinny-jean-outfit-for-genesis-3-female-s , really hard to tell on the bra, but I think it's actually a swimsuit... maybe one of Hongyu's. Lot of possibilities for the cutoffs or shoes.
