...don't buy products when you're not awake.  

I had seen the "get the Daz Dragon free" thing and thought- I had that on my wishlist forever.  Buy two Newly Mad items, get the Dragon free, good to go!

.......until I opened my item list and it wasn't there.  

....because ONE of the TWO items I purchased was the Daily Mind Blower.  So, no Dragon.  Considering I just spend my monthly 3D allowance I've given myself, I'm out of luck.  Just, hell.

    The Daily Mindblower IS part of the Newly Mad items. Did you also put the Dragon in the cart in the same purchase?

    You can always open a support ticket and get a refund.  :)

    I would just ask for the dragon. From the message, it seems to me that the criteria was actually met, but the dragon itself was not in the cart.

    its been a very disappointing MM sale for me as well. I don't use genesis 3 its just to hard to work with in other software. so most of this stuff offered has no use for me.  and seeming I already own dragon3 and all its morphs and etc.. this offer has no benefit to me either .  Sigh!

    With so many sales all the time, I'm sure there will be a sale that you just can't miss. Even if it is not part of the March Madness. :)

    I'm hoping for a older generation sale to happen sometime at the end of the MM sale... But it will be properly be tough even then to find something I have not already purchased. I usually participate in most sales & buy tons and tons of content  but lately not so much  I did buy some new shader packs and a couple of environment sets.. but nothing really has grabbed me in interest to justify buying anything.  I don't shop by gimmicks.  for example.why do I have to buy this or that I don't need to get a discount for other things i do want or need. so I think that may have a lot to do with it.  it would be great if daz just had straight up 50 --60% off sales. with no side gimmicks.  plus i don't use genesis 3  so that also limits my options for MM sale as well.   & since MM sale started  I've asked questions on sales gimmicks and even made some request for different  sale offers all of which were ignored. so I guess I just sit and wait for something good to show up that I want or can use. other wise it will be the first MM sale i spent under $100 bucks since I started with daz...lol

    I got a new catalog from Victoria secrets their having a foundation &  lingerie sale. maybe I'll make my hubby happy and go buy some real, sleaze wear of me instead of my 3d characters. its all about the same price anyway...lol

    I've noticed that sometimes I have to completely empty my cart, and add the items back in because I'm not getting the discount I know is supposed to be there.  This appears to be a glitch, because I'll see that the item has the discount on the cart page, but when I go to pay the discount is not showing up.   This has occured several times, but since I'm vigilant (and a skinflint) it hasn't been a major problem.

    Are you sure both items were new for today?  Was the dragon in the cart with the two items?  From the sound of it, you didn't add the dragon to the cart before checkout.  If you had and one of the items didn't qualify, the dragon would have shown up at regular price (or PC pricing if you are a PC member).  What does your invoice show?

    Some of us paid for the dragon on Monday (as part of the sale on Monday). Imagine my displeasure. The upside is that it will curtail my expenditures for sometime (excepting MEc4D's coming shader packs).

    You should write to customer support, and explain what happened. I'm sure they can help.
