Blur Engine?

In a facebook chat, someone mentioned that Daz had a "Blur Engine"...I pressed what they were talking about...if they were talking about the motion blur in 3Delight animation...but I couldn't get any details from the person.

"t puts motion lines to still images"

 

Anyone know what this would be?

    I think it might be the "motion blur" in 3delight. 

    In your render settings, in the 3delight area, in 'advanced', you should be able to see "motion blur" with some settings. I have NO idea what hte settings do tho, LOL 

    I remember trying it out a LONG time ago and thinking it looked kinda cool, but I didn't go much further with it.

    Yeah, I mentioned if I wondered if it was motion blur or not.  i've gotten some good results playing with that.  Was wondering if there was something else. :)
