Dress used in promo picture... ? - Solved

I was looking at the new Fabric Basics Lace resource kit and was wondering if anyone could identify the dress and headpiece used in the promo pic linked? (http://www.daz3d.com/fabric-basics-lace-for-iray) It looks like it could be the MFD, but I can't figure out the headpiece.
