Platinum Payment Failed! Is There a Way To Do It Manually?

Pretty much what it says on top. My Platinum Payment failed for some reason. And while I switched to a different credit card, is there a way for me to pay manually? You know, just in case?

Submit a ticket to Sales Support.

  • You can purchase a qurterly or annual membership and then pay for it through checkout just like you would any other purchase. This will then be added to your time and extent your expiration date by the appropriate amount.

Okay, how do I do that? Could you provide a link?

Sorry, but this has never happened to me before!

  • Another alternative is to buy yourself a Gift Card, convert it into store credit, and pay with that. A lot of us used to do it this way, because up until a few years ago, some bank cards (not credit cards, I think they were OK) couldn't be used to buy annual memberships.

  • Yea, file a ticket just to be on the safe side.

But as it's been mentioned, if you do purchase an additional quarterly/annual membership the time is just tacked onto the end of your existing membership period :)

Good news, everyone. I found the cause of the problem and Platinum payments are now going as smoothly as they should be. :D
