    Great tribute to RDNA!

Here is Pixeluna's beautiful Mitsuko for V4 (ears and hair not part of the Mitsuko package) against a Terradome 2 skydome rendered in PP2014.

This is simply one of my ALL TIME fav char. She is awesome. How did you render? iRay? Daz? (not poser )? What is this hair?

    The post says PP2014 ;)

And I agree, that's a beautiful character (and render).

Here is one using the RDNA dwarf, the RDNA fantasy armor for V4 outfit, the RDNA Angel hair for V4, the RDNA cave, and the RDNA berkutis monster.

Thanks for the comments, guys.  Pixeluna makes it so easy to render her characters (they're all gorgeous).

And correct. I used Poser Pro 2014's Firefly to render that. The hair is Fabiana's Alanis hair from Rendo. It's one of my favorite hairs. :)

Pixeluna does have a G3F version of Mitsuko out.  Haven't rendered her yet, though.  Maybe I'll do that next.  :)

And here is the 3Delight version of Mitsuko for G3F by Pixeluna rendered in DS 4.9.  She has Iray MATs, too, but I haven't tried them yet.  Hair is Micah hair by AprilYSH.

Thanks, I'm glad you like it!

The Malaik wings are really great and very articulate. While they go all canoodles if you try to fit them to G2, they work fine if you just load them and parent them to the chest. I'm very glad that I found them on RNDA.

I have quite a few odds and ends from RDNA, here's a couple of old renders.

the Peacock feathers are from there

And the skin on the big guy is actually V4 skin from Alphaseed sisterhood

These are great! Poser or DS?

Here's Mine - both are large and would look best full screen.

Blue Angel: using Malaik Wings with various Sky Angle textures, and the Angeloi Flamesword.

Winter Queen: Uses Dragon Corona Hair and the dress is Eowyn for G2F, retextured.

I hope those wings make it into the Daz store, because they look markedly better than a lot of the wings we have.

Thanks for the stab in the back Will, but I do agree I haven't pull off the right set of feathered wing yet one day, but they are still more flexible than the others.

Eeep, I'm sorry, midnight, poorly considered words.

For what it's worth, I own a bunch of your Griffin products (griffin wings, griffin wings for daz cat 2, )

The feathered wings in the daz store (and I have several sets) generally lack feathers along the arm of the wing, which makes them look a little... odd/bare.

Don't worry about it Will I'm used to stuff like that, I know you're a good guy and you were talking in general. Any constructive criticism and more competition only makes me more determined.

As Mr Weyland said try harder. You're OK my friend !!!

Yea, I thought it might be external renderers. Was hoping something like this would be possible with DS' or Poser's own renderers, but haven't seen anything yet.

I do have to say that while the Malaik Wings are beautiful, they are not easy to pose.  They don't have any pose morphs, and you have to be very careful about the feathers crossing over each other.  I would advise posing the wings without the texture and then apply the texture.

[EDIT]  Let me clarify:  The wings have many pose morphs, so many that you should pose the wings without the textures loaded - since I combined textures from several texture packages, I made it harder on myself because the transparency made it difficult for me to see where the feathers were moving.  The Malaik wings are advanced and extremely detailed, and thus require attention to detail to pose properly.  There aren't the quick and easy full pose dials like flap, arc, fold, but rather individual feather grouping poses.  So in order to curve the wings, you must curve each one of these groups on the front and back of the wing without colliding feathers.

I absolutely love Arki's products, and have attached a couple of pics which attracted me to the Malaik Wings in the first place.  The beautiful sleeves of the Angeloi outfit only work in Poser's Cloth Room, however.

[EDIT] I would also be remiss if I didn't mention the fine collaborative work of SilverArk and Spiritfoxy along with Arki which make these products exceptional works of art.

The Lilithai Strigoia sets make me absolutely drool, but these fantastic leather/feathered hybrid wings won't work in Daz Studio due to their rigging.  Arki, PLEASE rig these for D/S... please, please... PLEASE!

NOTE:  These are promotional images, not my renders.

My favorite has always been Aeon Soul's 110.1 and Ilv3 skin.

  • May we pop this in here please?

Everything in this image is from RDNA, except the setting (Tavern by ironman13 from Rosity). The Banquet props were an old Props Club pack by Traveler. Everything else is by us, and almost all of these are coming to Daz. :)

Around the table, from left to right...Daemones wearing Herne outfit, Rolf wearing Braided Hair and Ragnarok outfit, Godwin wearing Habitus Malus outfit, Balverk wearing an assortment of items to make him look like a barkeep, Thane wearing Shadowsoul outfit, Ludovich wearing Mortuus Domine outfit, and Thane with a different skin wearing the Templar outfit. The candles are from our Realis Lumina pack, while the pipe and treasure map are freestuff, from our own site. :) The beards are all from Facial A-Hairness and are the only thing that will absolutely not work in DS because they're Poser dynamic hair.

    Best wishes

    Andrew and Tracey

    :)

They are great. Arki does some spectacular wings. Unfortunately at least one set is rigged for Poser and won't cooperate in Studio, and another has Poser dynamic wing membranes. But the Malaik wings never gave me any problems beyond trying to fit them to characters they weren't designed for (i.e., horses). Humans aren't a problem. They are definitely my go-to if I ever need angel wings.

    Very nice Leana,
I hope all of LittleFoxs stuff comes straight over to daz in the migration. I've loved her stuff for a little while now, still have some stuff in my rdna wishlist.

Hope I'm not spamming too much but here are some of my personal favourites!

"Drama Queen" uses Syyd's amazing Lucrezia texture and AS's Ava Adore bolero top.

"Faith" features Mortem Vetus's Templar outfit and Thane character.

"The Vessel" with AS's Onlslaught Sisterhood.

Both "Darkness" and "Temptress" were made with Arki's Qabbalah.

Another AS outfit in "Red Riding Hood" was the Hear No Evil set.

"Only Lovers Left Alive" was a dark Valentine with Arki's Sylph Dress and Anna Benjamin's wonderful texture expansion, Keeper of Dreams.

Finally, another one of Syyd's great textures, Horizon, was just what I needed for "Byzantium".

I'm looking forward to seeing what the RDNA vendors have in store for us here!
