Mirror A Pose in DS 4.9?

DarkElfDarkElf Posts: 518

Sorry if this has been asked before and I'm sure it has many times but I find searching these forums daunting. Not a good search engine here.

Anyway ...

I want to be able to reverse a G3F pose from right to left. I searched the DS help but that was just as fruitless.

Could someone please tell me how to do this?

Thanks.

I found what is supposed to be the instructiions for it but when I do it, it does a half way job and G3F ends up hanging in the air.

Select the character and try hitting Shift+Y on your keyboard and then use the following settings.

It seems like sometimes for "Trunk Nodes" I'll have to switch it to just "Mirrior Y." So, if you don't like the results from the settings shown in the picture, try changing that.

    Best of luck!

I would use Root Recursive on a figure (in case you've got the hip selected or something, it can cause that weird partial application effect), but absolutely, what he said. ;)

Thanks for looking out Sickle! I actually had that thought after I turned off my computer and was climbing into bed...

Just so they know what you're talking about, "Root" is selected from the "Nodes" drop down menu.

Thanks for the replies. I just discovered I got some. I don't get notices.
