Clothing for Schmoes

Tried quite a few options that I have and can't seem to come close to fitting anything to the 'Schmoes' K4 morph. Afraid to purchase anything for them, not knowing if it will fit. Can anyone suggest something that WILL fit the character? The character page shows them wearing a hat, sweater and pants. But WHAT hat, sweater and pants? Any other clothes fit? Not real good with Daz yet so if I need to do something 'special' to make the clothes fit, can you please explain. Would really appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks all!

Fit the clothing to the figure, then select the figure, then Edit > Figure > Transfer Active Morphs.
In addition, you also need to make sure that the clothes you are using are designed for The Kids 4 which the Schmoes are based on.

Wait a minute. What exactly does this do? If you're using the right clothes on the right figure (aka Genesis clothes on Genesis) then why is this step needed?
This is a pre-Genesis figure, which doesn't have the autofollow technology built into Genesis.
So then for Generation 4, is this to fit ill fitting Gen 4 clothing to Generation 4, or are you saying this will fit other generation clothing to Generation 4? I haven't even tried that as I don't use that generation, but am curious. (And thanks.)
The clothing needs to be for the figure, it doesn't fit between generations, but it allows you to transfer moirphs into clothing that weren't built into the clothing originally.
