M4's (3de) displacement maps in Iray?

was wondering how the veins maps look in iray?
or any of the vascular displacement maps? bought all of them, kinda curious lol

my new computer is shipped ( joy
) deciding which version of ds to put on it. 4.6 or 4.8
due the AOA advanced lights work in 4.8? the omni freaker lights?
also have a few of the omni light sets. i want all my paid for plugins to work.

AoA advanced lights work pretty well on 4.8, except for flagging on SS surfaces, an ability I confess I have never used. If you are not concerned about flagging SS surfaces than you can use 4.8 and these lights without issues.
i use the flagging for not including transmapped hair in occlusion. dont think hair is usually ss surface?
Dude is ripped. :) Here are the M4 dispacement maps in Iray. Just stock M4 shape with no morphs at all - all the added muscle shape is from the displacement maps. The skin is Elite Sol. This is the first time I've tried the Sol skin in Iray, looks like it could use some further tweaking.
I subdivided M4 and set the final render subD to 3 to make sure I picked up all the displacement map's detail. The displacement channel was set to a strength of 1.0, with min strength at -1.0 and max strength at +1.0. A lower setting would probably look more natural, but I wanted to see what it could do.
edit - added a third picture with the displacement strength set to .50 for a more subtle look.
