*SOLVED* future looks bright sale not working

I have 5 qualifying items on sale in the cart but only have my standard 30 percent intro off. Can this ne fixed?

    Ok, I know I had the sale backwards at first, so this may be your problem as well. Usually, you buy the new releases to get the discounts and then get the sale on the previously released items. Today's sale requires you to put in at least 2 of the previously items in your basket to get the sale on the new items. If you only have new items, the sale doesn't work. You have to have at least 2 of the artists' previously released items. Again, is was the problem I ran into, so it may be the one you're experiencing.

    The wording of the sale confuses me. The only items I want are new releases not items from back catalogs. I put 5 new releases in the cart. Even though they are pictured below as triggers. So do new releases not count?

    Nope, you need to put in two of the artists' other, previously released items to get the full 50%. I know, backwards! Honestly, the discount did make finding a couple of items over $5 worth it though.

    What a drag, yet another sale which is everything but straightforward. I too had it wrong from the start. And now I've just given up, I don't have the time to look for oldies, I just want the Stonemason goodie, push the cart to checkout and get on with my life.

    Just the thought that a sale should be tagged as SOLVED makes at least me wonder what peculiar minds are at work on in the state of DAZmark.   Are they all having fun on our expenses?

    Well, I love these kind of sales. I certainly don't take part in every single one, but when the right things are offered the resulting savings can be great. For this one, I got the new Stonemason and the shoes togther with two older Stonemason sets that I had my eyes on for some time for a great discount (the 50% plus the PC+ PA coupon ($6) and the rest of my DAZ Store credit from their $7 gift). Very nice.

    The discount on Jepe's  one bundle went down too it was 40% now it's -11% i don't  know if it's a bug or maybe it was suppose to be excluded
