As we will pass into a new year, all Lucky Bastards will be reset, but new one might come from this contest.

I'm sure this is explained somewhere, but I couldn't find it, sorry!  Are we supposed to vote for our own entry, or are we not?  In some contests I've entered, it is expected to, but others don't allow it.
