I wouldn't be surprised if it was custom-made for the promo. Chrryt makes a lot of custom clothes for their promos, that many people ask about because they're interested in buying the outfits for their projects. But this PA doesn't appear to be interested in selling the clothes, only the characters, unless it's some custom commission or something.
