I'm not sure if there is like a megathread for stuff like that..I couldn't find anything so I thought I'd ask here.

I believe this artist uses a lot of custom made clothing which is not on the market. This might or might not be the case here, I don't know. Thats what I've remembered from earlier threads. You might get something similar by searching for gothic long dresses perhaps and using dForce and Fit Control.
