Brow remover causing white face.

If I use the brow remover on my character it looks fine but when I save and then later retrieve the file it has white face. Is there something that I am doing wrong?

Thank you.

The maps made by Brow Remover are actually temp files used by LIE. These temp files are lost after you close Studio. If you save a material preset without fishing around the temp files and rescuing your new maps your characters will get that white face the next time you try to use your mat preset.

You can save your material preset before closing the Brow Remover however, and it's pretty straightforward.

On the Brow Remover panel, click "Save As Material Preset"

a popup will ask you where you want to save your textures and your preset and what you want to name it. I put all of mine in separate folders for each character in c:/Users/icecrmn/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/Materials .

I wouldn't put things in the vendor folders that Brow Remover defaults to. To much chance of things getting overwritten/deleted and other horrible things.

    for textures I put them in c:/Users/icecrmn/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/Materials/textures

for the presets, I put them in c:/Users/icecrmn/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/Materials/G3F/CharactersName

I can then find them all in Studio's Content Library under Daz Studio Formats>My Library>Presets>Materials
