Ultimate Patio Home is a modern patio style home, with a single open layout design. This set was modeled after a real home. The home has a large glass wall on one side and a large glass door on the other, so it opens up to the outside. Outside the sliding glass door is an intimate pool area with pool. The other side has a concrete patio with a built in planter box. Recessed lighting on the interior.

This set includes 17 interior lights, with custom IES profiles.

Also included are 27 free standing props (which can be used with other environments). The curtains have movement morphs, so they can be opened and closed, the blinds have a twist open morph as well. 14 Camera presets make it easy to find a good starting point.

The scene tab has been well organized as well - for instance the wall and anything attached to it are grouped so all items can be hidden on any wall with one click. Almost every element of this set can be hidden separately.
