Every SteamPunk Empire needs their workers. Their under-paid and work long hours. Their work can be everything from building a dirigible to clean the windows of a skyscraper. Sometimes they work in view of the Victorian ladies. Sometimes the inevitable happens and they fall in love. That rarely ends well.
