Sandy Bay is a semi-realistic, fully-inclusive seaside village designed to be used with toon and real 3d characters. It is deliberately designed using low-resolution models to enable many figures to be loaded along with the village. The entire village including buildings, trees, lampposts, etc. uses about the same number of polygons as a single Victoria 4 figure excluding clothing. Doors and windows do not open, but have their own material groups if you wish to replace them. Position/animate your characters anywhere in the village and get great results no matter where you point the camera!
