Patient Frank Enn Stein has been brought to Sunnybrooke Asylum after being detained by the local police.  Mr. Stein was found wandering the countryside with an unsteady gait and mumbling incoherently about a pain in his neck.  This may be due to the fact that Mr. Stein has a large guage bolt through his neck.  Doctors are not sure how Mr. Stein acquired the bolt or how he continues to breath.  They are not even sure if he is breathing and tests are being conducted. No next of kin could be located.
