MMX Stone Tiles for Iray gives you 7 different stone tile texture sets that have 3 variations of appearance.

For each tile set, the stone tiles go from clean to dirty and also included more ware and damage.

In addition to this, there are 3 versions of each variation for a total of 9 different stone tile options for each stone tile set.

Extra presets included tiling, global, horizontal and vertical options, plus displacement strength presets.

Please note that the 3D models or primitives you apply these to must be a higher density mesh in order for the displacement maps to be effective.
