No navel morph for Genesis 8 Female?

yeah, just went thru all my belly morphs and couldn't find any morph that totally eliminated the button, sorry.
Thanks. I haven't been able to find anything either. I might have to make it.

No navel morph for Genesis 8 Female? That's the Base female and the pic shows all the used morphs on it in the Shaping tab. So where am I supposed to turn off this morph? Even after showing hidden properties there are no active morphs in either Shaping or Parameters.

The navel is a morph so zero it.
That doesn't appear to be true, because here's a blank G8F with nothing dialed and it still has a navel.
Default characters still have some morphs dialed in.

3.21.22_Daz to Blender keep Body morphs?Hey All,
So I watched this vid and saw that daz to blender now supports face morphs along with rig in blender
But I also wanted to know if the body morph sliders also can be exported into blender as well?(And if this isnt doable, then is there an option to have both programs open when i rig and light in blender while having daz open on the side to adjust body morphs and have it update in real time or close to real time very easily in blneder?)
My main thing is that Blender eevee is just much more accurate as real time engine

Astronaut for G8.1M. Head morph without textures! You're welcome, SapphireBlue.

I forgot to add that I used for Hal's body the athletic and quite muscular Bryson HD morph with some Bodybuilder added. The astronauts on the Prometeus spaceship were subjected to two Gs, so they carried around double their bodyweight. That caused them to have very muscular bodies. Hal was very tall and strongly built in the first place, so 10 years spent in 2 gs made him look like a superhero. It also caused him to age prematurely. He's really only 39 years old but he has that salt and pepper hair. Actually, more salt than pepper.
Just some additional background for you to flesh out the character...

Astronaut for G8.1M. Head morph without textures!Hal's looking really great AOBB, and serious/thoughtful which I'm always partial to! I really appreciate that you list all the details of what hair, brows etc. you used for the character promo. I think I'll attempt putting him in space too and see what he's like... : ) Thank you for the morph!
Chest and sternum clothing fit issuesWhen you dForce are you doing a single-frame simulation (which will start with the morph aplied and so show the stretching) or a playrange, starting with no morph at frame 0 and moving to the final pose and shape at the end? The latter should not suffer the stretching, at least to the same extent.

I think Zev0 is working on a projection morph manager, I believe that is the right term of it. So bodies "project" their morph unto clothing and these are usually hidden.
In the meantime you could look into projection morphs and the "auto follow" settings of clothing, there is a way to make em visible in the parameters tab.
Clothes and breasts have always been difficult to make right. Dforce is the best thing that helps sofar.
thank you. "Projection morph" seems to be the key wording that I needed. Ill play around with them later when I get a chance and I very much look forward to Zev0s manager.

UVs won't have any effect on how clothing fits, they're only for applying materials to the figure itself. There are a number of utilities to fix the issues you're having, like Fit Control.
thanks so much for your response but that doesn't seem to help much. An amazing array of adjustments but none seem to work just right. I can clearly see the chest adjustments I made, especially with a patterned top, a stretch down on the sides of the ribs and a strectch upwards in the middle on the sternum.
as the adjustments in "fit control" don't quite work, is it possible for me to make my own hidden morphs for the character in blender? My last resort would be to just morph each item in blender when I need them. Any other less time intensive ideas would be great.
Shader zone in surfaces tab won't change to iray uber pbrFrom the sound of it you are trying to apply a shader to something that has no physical geometry but is purely there for a control morph.
Running Daz studio on an offline machineI also have my main rendering computer off-line for protection from updates, viruses, etc. I think it is great. However, you must remember to deal with other things manually. The most needed (about once a year) is to update my graphic card driver(s) - nicely, Nvidia makes it an easy download that can transfer to the other computer.
Chest and sternum clothing fit issuesI have been hugely enjoying making my own character from the base FG8.1 and have finally got to a point where I am happy. Now I am starting to render and fit clothes I am noticing that nearly all clothing items (dforce or not) do fit the chest and sternum properly.
My character has smaller than the usual g8.1 breasts (so many characters have breasts that are waaaay too big!) and the rib cage has been lowered a bit. This is exactly what I'm seeing with clothing items, stretch on the y axis on the lower chest and sternum.
I have tried changing the body UVs on the character but saw little to no change. Does anyone have any other ideas? I would very much like to leave the mesh as is if at all possible. I see that Bluejaunte has some kind of invisible morphs that adjust the chest and sternum for clothing, these would be great but they don't work on the y axis. Would this kind of invisible character morph be what I need? If so can they be made in blender and what term would I search to get a tutorial?Celebrity Look-a-Likes for 3D figures part 3Haruchai said:
OK, as I know my way around a duf and dsf I've managed to detangle the morphs. Here is a side by side to compare the characters, on the left guhzcoituz and on the right secondcircle. Both with WPGuru's Stream Safe textures for a fair morph comparison.
If head and body are separate morphs, zero-ing out the body (height, really) on both and then putting them at the same X,Y should make it very obviously just how similar the face shapes are based on poke-through alone.

I gather this is possible, although I'm having trouble finding the forum post I read where some one outlined how they do it.
I think I basically just need to use a separate machine with DIM installed on it to download the files, then transfer them to the offline machine. Then the DIM on the offline machine will find them once they are in the downloads folder and can install them.
Manually installed content is probably not a problem?
Does daz studio itself ever need to access the internet to run? Are there any gotchas I'm missing here?
I have a few reasons I want to be offline, the most important being I don't want Windows updates breaking the software after I have it setup. Basically I don't really trust Windows.
Instead of going through all that, as was already pointed out, just disable Windows Updates. Doing this will not affect updates for Windows Defender. It was one of the things I requested when I had my system built. If and when I do need to update, I can just turn it back on, do the updates, and then disable it again.
We cannot turn off Windows Updates. We can delay them, but not stop them. And the other day the computer was acting like it had been updated again withOUT notifying in its usual fashion

1930's-1940's Hollywood Glamour G8.1M head morphs. No textures.@SapphireBlue - Here is Hal (whom I just call "Astronaut") all finished and uploaded:
You will also find him with Debonair and Charming in a render that gives Hal a backstory here:

Debonair and Charming are the pair standing to the left of the image with Charming eating the rose (yep, you've read that right! ).
Thank you again for your lovely renders and finding my characters inspiring!

No navel morph for Genesis 8 Female?Anybody know of a morph to remove the belly button from Genesis 8 Females? I keep making angels and other things that were never born and the navel bugs me.
Thanks
