No. Daz takeover is not desirable. See: Carrara, Hexagon, et al. Daz owns them, they're still not meaningfully developed in a long time, no sign that will change. Adding Vue to the pile will not make anything better.

More pertinently, Bryce is an analogue of Vue that Daz does own, and I have no idea when that was last updated but it wasn't recently.

I've long wanted to grab some of Howie and Martin's VUE stuff here in the store. Now my reasons are justified.  

Minor correction. There is VUE stuff from Martin and one or two other vendors but I don't think there is any VUE stuff from Howie. All his products appear to be either Carrara or DS

I can't argue with that, yeah I guess the free Vue high is starting to wear off a bit, thanks for bringing me back down to earth!

I uninstalled Octane from Daz Studio a year or so ago after Richard Haseltine (possibly someone else) answered one of my forum questions about having problems with UltraScenery working properly.  The advice was that Octane was the cause of my problems.  As soon as I uninstalled Octane, the problems with UltraScenery went away.  I’d rather have UltraScenery working properly than have Octane. 

I am still doing renders in Carrara, even though I have spent more time on AI Imagery than I thought I would.

Am using the AI to broaden my thinking about the possibilities that I can extend my Carrara renders to.

Is another tool/plugin to use for my renders.

Also sharpening up my 3D modeling skills as I now have lots to model.

I almost get goosebumps remembering back to the days of getting into Carrara JUST to render Howie's stuff.  Seems like a lifetime ago and the progress that has been made is phenomenal.  SO EXCITING!  I sincerely hope all of your hard work and effort are repaid in spades with sales of your wonderful add-on to DAZ Studio!

I deleted the DForce Hair and the Ball

Unparented the Tendrils and converted to Blended Weight, saved as Scene Subset

Unparented the Dragon Wingless and converted to Blended Weight, saved as Scene Subset

Converted the Royal Eastern Dragon 2 to Blended Weight, saved as Scene Subset

Loaded the Royal Eastern Dragon 2 Blended Weight into Carrara and posed it.

Loaded the Tendrils into Carrara, and fitted to Dragon 3. Click on Actor and set the Royal Eastern Dragon 2 morph to 1. Tendril Morphs are in EDragon2_Tendrils.

Loaded the Dragon Wingless Blended Weight into Carrara, and fitted to Dragon 3. Click on Actor and set the Royal Eastern Dragon 2 morph to 1.

Sorry it took so long, but Carrara Cafe is back! 

Steve from DAZ3D was really helpfull and we arranged a new entrance for me so i could log in to the hosting and with the help from custumer support we were able to eliminate the cause of the issue. 
I know there were some new things made for Carrara so the authors can contact me to upload the news and plug-ins to Cafe, so that they would also be seen there. 

Hope all is well! 

By the way, any recoomendation what could replace wordpress as cms? I am thinking to part ways with wordpress and redo Carrara Cafe to something less problematic. 
Maybe we have someone familiar with Jekyll or somethng I could consult with?

Tried Blended Weight conversion as well, still had the same problem.

Did a render in Carrara by saving a pose in DAZ Studio and exporting it as an obj, then imported the obj into Carrara.
