Right: Nudity does not mean porn. But it depends on how a person was brought up. If someone has been told since childhood that nudity is sinful and that looking at naked people leads straight to hell, the sudden sight can be shocking even for adults.

I aggree on that. I think it is hard to find a set of rules, allowing nudity, but avoiding those over the top, right in your face, super stylized sexual imageries at the same time.
Not, because it disturbs me, but because DAZ is just not he place for that. 
I'd be all in for allowing an artistic erotic nudity level, like known from 70s Playboy or photo art galleries.

Most of the Playboy proctorial of Fifties and Sixty's are less shocking, than some of the Victoria Secret ads of today, or the Red Carpet of the VMA's. (I'm thinking Lil' Kim at the 1999 MTV Music Award (btw she was 25 at the time)) Some of of those early pictorials wouldn't even by considered racy by today's standards, but they were shocking in the Fifties.

Actually nude is rather boring, some are beautiful while others ... well are not as beautiful.
But add a little silk and lace, and it will amp up the spice, cause you add mystery. Why do you think Lingerie was invented and why it is so varied?
A suggestive drape, as just the right spot, while not displaying anything, can be for lewd then being naked, for it is suggestive.
As for the store being the place for such images?... Well I could say, what if I am looking for a texture and need to see what this Morp does with texture.
I know there is the 30 day return policy, but how many items do you actually in your content library, which you wish you could have return, after working with them, but the 30 days are up?  I know I have a few.

By the way, DAZ folks, I firmly believe that Victoria 8.1 is a solid digital masterpiece.

Always check the File List info. on product wiki before buying if you have such a need of the materials of genital elements: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/92261/file_list

If you search the key word: genital but find nothing, it means the product gives no mat. of this genital elements. Furthermore, I saw no info. on the product page saying it includes materials / texture maps of genital elements...

And, for instance, if you check the file list of Victoria 9: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/87472/file_list, you'll see there're genitalia materials.

Which would add up. Although a lot of these vendors have worked with Daz previously, the first thing I recall from any of them recently was Lilflame releasing a product here on 17th Jan 2024 - https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-campus-casuals-for-genesis-9 - and then it is going to take a long time to get a backlog of thousands of products entered and ready for download.
(The store is a bit muddled about the order of all of these vendors' products, but using the PoserContent search, as far as I can tell, LilFlame's name was last on a product on Daz in 2017: https://www.daz3d.com/fwsa-erynn-hd-for-victoria-8-and-lf-erynn-lingerie)

So I'd say that if it were to do with contract changes, you would indeed expect them to have been around late 2023.

Now that I have a rigged stand, a rigged and morphable saddle, conditionnaly grafted flowers, let's rig that bell, after all, my first render with that bike had Victoria 8.1 using the bell very liberally but with a rigged bell arm, on top of posing her hand like she's using the bell, I could also pose the bell arm like the bell is working

Scalar is tricky esp. when you set the value for joint rotation properties... because they have absolute values other than percentage. So that depends on how you set the value, value range as well as positive / negative on the rotation properties... So if to assure the ERC delta add "linear", align Scalar value with the rotation value.

And rigging is always an interesting thing, hoho ~

Not *quite* what I looking for, as I wanted her to be reclining ON the dragon. Other than that, not bad at all. Do wish we could see more of that gnarly fellow--he's absolutely GORGEOUS!!

All of these look really great! The outfits look like they were custom fitted to the draconians! Does anyone know where I can find those robes in the store??

(I think the AI was trying to put the glass in his hand, but for some reason, it hadn't moved the glass so his figners got warped like he had some deformity)

(looks like the deformity in his right hand is still going on, so the fellow brings his left hand into play--that's some damned heavy wine, there! )

(I think including the wings overloaded the part of the AI that was handling the robes in all these pictures--here, it looks like some decorative material became part of the draconian's hide!)

(this guy's clearly aiming to have extra heapings of that meat!!! Diet-appropriate menu for this boy! LOL!)

 

Based on what's others have posted here and other threads, the AI seems to be either on-target-hits-or-hilariously-wild-misses.

For me, overall, the AI did much better than I expected.

Definitely a tool that I'll consider using when I get my beast machine rebuilt so that I can do my own renders again.... not so much to replace my work, but rather something to remind me what props might be missing that could help improve my own renders.

I'm getting an error during rendering. As far as I can tell, it's related to Dain 9 HD and Dain 9 HD No Veins. They work fine in Iray preview. But when I try to actually render them (in a scene or alone), I get "error during rendering" and it locks up the renderer so I have to restart the program. It doesn't happen with the non HD version of Dain 9. It doesn't happen with Victoria 9 HD, Michael 9 HD or Wang 9 HD (all rendered alone). That's all I've tested so far. I uninstalled, deleted, and redownloaded Dain 9 HD, but that didn't help. I don't know what to try next.

I'm on version 4.22.0.16 in Windows 11.

I'll attach my log file in case anyone can figure it out.

I rarely get something from my wishlist in my LD (my wishlist is not as large as @Perttia's own, but it's not small either) and I see products from all generations despite having no interest for anything older than Genesis 3.

I would not be surprised if the system was simply pulling random numbers from eligible products, which, from what I saw, is any non Daz+ Daz Originals older that, I would say, one year (I'm not entirely sure, but I started to see Genesis 9 products in here around one year after their initial release).

Generating four random numbers from the list of non owned product is the easiest and fastest way to get four products and if the system was more complex than that, I think it would at least check if a bundle has at least one non-owned product: from experience, the system doesn't even do that (as an example, one of the two medieval Victoria 9's bundles ended in my selection, a couple of weeks after I bought Victoria 9's Mega Bundle during her anniversary promotion).

Cool! :) I'll get around to the 9 train - I like some of what I see, but I'm still really busy with what I've already got in my library. It fascinates me that I can poke around in the dark corners and find amusing things I didn't even know I had. Besides, I've got a list of support products that I have yet to buy before I feel ready to work with G9.

I'm not that poster, but I can tell you that if you use DAZ as part of some sort of professional capacity... ie book illustration, concept art, storyboarading and animatics, courtroom simulations, etc.,.. having a wide variety of  "normal" daily clothes, props and environments to draw on is invaluable.  For example, if I want to show a large group of businesspeople using DAZ, for example, those kind of assets still don't exist for the male half of G9, so I have to use assets for at least three different DAZ figure generations at once, and given that the bulk of what I'm using was made for the G3s and G8s, why would I even want to bother trying to autofit something to G9 for the scene?  Providing these things tailored to each new generation as they came out is part of the reason that many of the people in those areas continued using Poser and the Victoria 4 gen figures even when the software program itself was stagnating under the aegis of SmithMicro.  

I totally get that there is a lack of everday items. I responded becauee it sounded like only adults use the everyday items  and non adults, kids, immature people, etc use the skimpy stuiff

There was a lot of backlash to the price increase necessitated by including the HD in the base figure, so it's possible that Daz decided to separate them so that people who didn't want the HD didn't have to pay for it.

I had an error when loading her though. Something about an omishader file missing. Figure it is because I am still using 4.21 and her brows might use that new shader?

I'm not sure if using the OmniHair shader requires updating to 4.22 or simply updating your default resources, but I'd definitely try the latter if you're wary about upgrading to 4.22.

First, nice character. Only did some test renders, but didn't save any. But I did buy the pro bundle. Not happy with the high price tags of gen9, but I liked 99% of the bundle So i bought it. 2nd, the indigenous outfit is 4 files? 2.7 gb! Heck no. Wanted to install it, but decided to wait. 3rd, i thought the big ordeal with Gen9 was the single base figure again AND built in HD as standard. Pretty sure the first few gen9 releases had HD as part of the figure. Victoria, Michael, Joan, Lawrence, Van Helsing, Mira, Ally, Zack, Olympia,Jennie, Wang, and many more are just HD and not 2 separate files.
