HeadShop OneClick Submitted to DAZ - Best in Class! (Commercial)
In the few minutes I've been playing with it, I'm finding the immediate feedback in the 3D preview side of the Headshop OneClick window to be helpful. As you drag a point around on your 2D input image, the changes it makes are reflected in realtime in the 3D preview.
However, I do get a consistent crash when trying to add a profile, though. I can load a profile image OK, and adjust the 2 dots for the eye and mouth. After clicking apply, the profile image is rotated and I'm told I can adjust the dots if I wish. At this point, whether I do or don't adjust them, clicking on the next button causes an unhandled exception:
The process cannot access the file "C:\Users\algo-03\AppData\Roaming\Abalone\HeadShop\TempProject\ProfileImage.jpg" because it is being used by another process.
Anybody been able to use a profile?

Greg, we have excellent instructions and how-to videos under the Help menu. Please watch the Profile video.
HeadShop OneClick Submitted to DAZ - Best in Class! (Commercial)Well I bought it and have noticed that the results aren't as accurate as FaceGen Artist Pro. They can be but the developer needs to caculate many, many, many more points of data on the face to get an accurate morph of the person in the picture.
I'm not going to ask for a refund because I believe the developer can improve the product but it basically needs fixed to work with Genesis 3 and to use many more data points to create the morph. And the crashes on exiting need to be fixed and a lot of other crash bugs & exceptions. And to be far, I need to test the product with professional pictures although FaceGen Artist Pro seemed to handle my pictures OK. OneClick is still a big improvement of earlier verions of FaceShop/HeadShop that I had.
From left to right:
a. 25 year old ID used to make morph with FaceGen Pro & Genesis 3
b. Front & Profile pictures taken today with my iPhone used to make morph with FaceGen Pro & Genesis 3
c. Same Front & Profile pictures take today but used OneClick & Genesis 2 to make the morph.
I could not get a good morph that the face fit properly to the head using OneClick & Genesis 3.
So all in all, close but OneClick needs more work.

*Sigh*
This is exactly one of the issues I had with Headshop 10 some time back. I see it still remains! I think one thing I did was restart the app each time for a new head. Also, if you load a profile pic and change your mind and want to load another, you are SCREWED. Bad move on your part! The app cannot handle that, you need to restart. Don't try reloading a pic and it *might* work.
Thanks, outrider - I'll give that a try.

HeadShop OneClick (WIN) Download FailsPlease post to the developer's thread then, snce he is active there http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/122371/headshop-oneclick-submitted-to-daz-best-in-class-commercial#latest
Headshop Oneclick ProductHas anyone already used this product? It's interesting for me but there were no final rendered images shown in the promos and I was wondering if the final render would still look realistic.
See the author's thread about the product: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/122371/headshop-oneclick-submitted-to-daz-best-in-class-commercial/p1
HS OneClick? The author posted lots of image sin this thread: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/122371/headshop-oneclick-submitted-to-daz-best-in-class-commercial/p1

HeadShop OneClick Submitted to DAZ - Best in Class! (Commercial)I'm on the fence about getting this primarily because I have more content for, and like to use, Genesis over Genesis 2.
Is there a way to transfer the morphs or textures that HeadShop produces so that I can use them on a Genesis figure? If so, I'll get this right away.
That would be the GenX2 product lines:

HeadShop OneClick Submitted to DAZ - Best in Class! (Commercial)Caution: HeadShop does not run on beta Studio. Make sure you install to the correct version on your c:drive.
I use the public release, no beta. But Daz Studio is on drive D. I cannot install it on drive C. Does that mean it won't work?
It is a good question. Are you saying that your Program Files folder is on drive d?
Yes. It's actually E, D is the dvd drive, sorry. :) C is a small SSD, only the operating system is on it.
Everything else is under E:\Program Files\... or E:\Program Files (x86)
Even the Windows User directories, Documents directory etc. are on the E drive.
I'm not at home, and won't be today, so I can't try the actual product, but it is something I really would like to use.HeadShop OneClick Submitted to DAZ - Best in Class! (Commercial)Caution: HeadShop does not run on beta Studio. Make sure you install to the correct version on your c:drive.

HeadShop OneClick Submitted to DAZ - Best in Class! (Commercial)The error in Studio says invalid runtime, so I'm wondering if this has been tested on systems where DAZ Studio is installed to D: and/or using DAZ Connect where each product has its own runtime. I couldn't find a log file in the app data folder, which is a bit disappointing.
Can you provide any help, otherwise I'm afraid I'll be returning the product again.
Thanks

HeadShop OneClick Submitted to DAZ - Best in Class! (Commercial)I have a quick question
Is this "stand-alone" or do I first need to purchase HeadShop?
This IS HeadShop, nothing else to purchase

Infinite Insanity - There's ALWAYS Another Sale! (Daily Sale Talk)I'd already jumped on the bargains before they possibly disappeared - so I missed out on Lex and Lori. Don't want to buy a new item to get the stacking discount. Bummer.
@Nath why do you want to return headshop? Doesn't live up to expectations?Infinite Insanity - There's ALWAYS Another Sale! (Daily Sale Talk)Is the 30-day return guarantee valid for Headshop One-click?
I guess it should be. Why, what's wrong with it? There are very few items I want to get when new, but this is one of them.

no idea, but as headshop only outputs 2k textures, I ignore it.
HeadShop OneClick (WIN) Download FailsSame problem, and I even tried a manual install and can't get the plug-in to work, headshop works but does not talk to Daz program.
Very frustrating install, this should be easier.
