Reveal by pulling the shirt up, or the collar down?
Everyday 2 has a number of morph/pose packs that will cover you either way, like Morphs+.
Where is crows' feet wrinkles for G9?I like wrinkles, too
, they give me a feeling of realism and plausibility. I'm using a combination of Aging Morph and a Normal Map (if I remember correctly, it's one of Feng's characters) that I've tweaked a bit so that the overall face isn't affected too much.Where is crows' feet wrinkles for G9?sioc said:

Feng has many lovely older folk with crow's feet... I know it's not the same as a separate morph, but in the absence of that maybe you could use one of them as a base?
P3D has some too, but it is hell if you want just crow's feet and not an all old face shape, some people have them more marked at 30 or 40 without having other area as aged, i am so desapointed by the lack of adjustments per area. The area located one we have are so limited...
I am so fed up of all those botoxed models, people have wrinckles and that's beautiful !
Entirely fair, and it's so frustrating to run face first into a gap in the available assets. I wish I could offer you something more useful to you.

Space Crimes - Cover ideasThe city was drowning.
Not in water but in broken promises, unpaid debts and all the things people swore they’d never do until they did. John had seen it all before, but it still pressed on him like a weight he couldn’t shake.
They’d been chasing ghosts all week. Leads that slipped through their fingers, witnesses who forgot how to talk, a killer who stayed two steps ahead. The kind of case that got under your skin and made you wonder if the city even wanted saving.
He’d told Madeline to go home hours ago. She hadn’t listened. She never did.
And now here she was, emerging from the rain like some impossible dream, hair darkened and slick, glasses spotted with droplets, dress clinging to her like it didn’t want to let go and it didn't bother her a bit.
“I found something” she said, voice low, almost drowned out by the rain.
“You always do” John replied stepping toward her. They should have been talking about the case, about the file in her bag, about the danger closing in but the city had a way of stealing your time, your friends, your hope. And John was tired of letting it steal her.
She took his collar in her hands, rain sliding over both of them like it didn’t care who they were or what they’d done.
“You’re not getting rid of me that easy” she whispered. He almost said something clever. Almost. But instead, his hands found her waist, pulling her close until their breath mixed, until the noise of the streets and the ache of the case faded into nothing.
The kiss was hungry, not of lust, but for time they didn’t have. For the moments stolen between danger and duty. For the truth they both felt but never said.
When she pulled back, her eyes searched his. “We finish this case John. Together. No matter what it costs.”
The rain hammered down harder. Somewhere in the city, someone screamed.
John just nodded. He’d walk through every shadow, every lie, every damn bullet if it meant keeping her by his side. And if the city wanted to take her, it would have to take him too.
All assets and Madeline 4.0 information in link.
A BIG SHOUT-OUT to Richard of richardandtracy for creating a free Genesis 8/8.1 to 9 converter. His tool saved me quite a bit of time when I determined that my Madeline v2 (Genesis 8.1) wasn't going to work in this scene. I just don't own any water droplets geo-shell items for 8.1. So, with the use of his tool, I was able to put Madeline v4 (Genesis 9) in place and really love the details of the neck and such for the scene.
Thank you Richard of richardandtracy!!!Where is crows' feet wrinkles for G9?nemesis10 said:
something like this: https://www.daz3d.com/sy-the-natural-body-hd-morphs-and-merchant-resource which references crows' feet specifically though older characters are a rarity in the 3d realm.
Yeah and even it is not aging morph or a really visible crows' feet wrinkles... looks like all existing ones are mature / old character with them carved in through sculting :(
Where is crows' feet wrinkles for G9?hello all,
i wanted to add some crows' feet wrinkles to my character and surprise none of that in the morph list off G9.
There is a AFD Eye Wrinkles Side HD in Aging Face Details HD for Genesis 9 but even at 100% it is almost not noticeable...
Guys how do you do crows' feet? anyone got a hint?

poonchifung, did you ever get this to work? I am having similar problems, only I have downloaded the Starter Expansion but it's not showing in my DAZ3d. I really need to get this up and running for my Master, who is getting impatient. Any help would be appreciated.I can see the morphs in my window, but when I click on them, they don't apply to my doll (morph/model/whatever). Very frustrating. What did you do about the opening?
How did you download and install? Where are you looking for the content? The Genesis 9 Anatomical Elements are a separate package from the rest of the Starter Essentials Expansion, since not everyone will want them installed.

Well, if your system can handle it, maybe a corrective morph is in order.
I would, however he's a hairy boy. LOL.Adventures of Lorenzo & LoRez Figures in CarraraBunyip02 said:

Is that what humans mutate/morph into after eating a hairy cucumber ?

Arms (Armpits?)In the 2 years since the last post here, has there been any product that fixes either/both the noodle shoulder bend and a lack of armpit details for G9? I think in G8 there was a freebie morph called armpit shape and details but can't find one for G9.

Will DAZ ever improve animating?I use motion capture so fluidly in my workflow that I barely ever touch Cascadeur - ever. But a lot of that is also largely due to the need to get a whole bunch of animations finished, hair and cloth simulated, rendered, and onto the screen. Since I'm so used to which aniBlocks/animated pose files I have (I explore them constantly) I have a good feel for which ones will get my feet > hip doing what I need them to do. I take care of the rest either by hand, using partial aniBlocks, or using what's there and editing it with my dials.
Doing that, I normally get several animations completed - including rendering them within a day. Some of the more complicated shots will take a whole day on their own if I really need it to be exact and if it's a fairly long animation.
That said, my intentions for Cascadeur are rather large. I am always looking for a way to get what I'm doing now to a point where I can call it done for now and hop into Cascadeur and make my own custom animations.
In that regard, I'm not looking at it for retargeting at all. I've done it, and the workflow Really Rocks - just have to do things right, and in the proper order. I have so many excellent animations that work on Daz 3D figures that I continue my collection of Bone Minion for that. I can already take any pose/animation from M4/V4 through Genesis 9 and retarget them for anything between M4/V4 and Genesis 9 with my current collection. So the only remaining Bone Minion purchases will primarily be out of completeness of the collection and to support the cause that helps me so very much on a regular basis.
My favorite way to use Cascadeur is the way I show in that video - keyframing by hand. It's So Slick that I have been having difficulty trying to figure out the auto-physics, since I'm using the motions of real actors as a reference, the physics is already there.
I do have other plans that involve keyframing by hand without reference, and for those I'm looking forward to learning the upper tier tools like the in-betweener and ragdoll physics, for a small example.
Breathing, Expressions - along with all facial musculature control... I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with for Cascadeur, but I have no intentions of using it. I have my own "Breathing" morph dials that I've made using shaping morphs combined with spinal pose controls. One is for use with animations that have breathing built into the, the other adds the additional spinal poses to add that motion in, while keeping the arms and head at the same angles. I never want facial musculature saved onto an actual full-body motion as that takes away from the value of the motion - making it only limited to that emotion without back-track work.
I must say that I truly enjoy working with facial musculature. They won't let me show my videos here, but my latest videos have some of my newer work in that regard - and I'm really only just getting started with that in 2025 - so I'm still learning through analyzing my own failures - which is Incredibly Fun!!!
Genesis 2 Appreciation ThreadAhh. 'Splains it. I will do G2 Renders to this thread, and I now have the other thread bookmarked for G1 renders. Not that I have done any except promo renders for pose transfer scripts. I totally missed out on G1, but feel less inclined to try it out than G2 - there's so much to learn about G2. And V4 too. Not sure I can cope with that at the moment, either. I have a number of things I want to do with V4 - do a TriAx version is one so that she can wear lots of clothing for other generations - in a high proportion of Rendo images with V4, most of V4's outer clothing seems to have been left indoors before she ventured out, and getting her a full complement of clothing suitable to wear outside might be good
- G8F's stuff is pretty good to share with V3, so I imagine V4 will benefit just as much.Regards,
Richard
Daz Golden Palace Gens g8.1f -> UnityI'm a beginner and I'm using Golden Palace Gens for my G8.1 character. However, when I export my character to Unity using the Daz to Unity tool, the morphs for the Golden Palace Gens parts aren't exported. I've confirmed that the Golden Palace Gens are in my character's sub-levels, but I need to animate them. However, there's no corresponding morph in Unity's skinned mash for the Golden Palace Gens parts, preventing me from creating animations related to the Golden Palace Gens. Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Do not save your scene during the same session, as you are saving a morph as a morph asset.I don't understand.... Saving a Scene DUF writes nothing to data folder, how can it produce duplicate formula ?
DS versions before 4.21 create duplicates if one specifies identical IDs before saving figure/morph assets ~ Re-ERC Freeze without ERC Bake creates duplicates ~
I ever created and saved hundreds of morph assets while saving my project DUFs from time to time but I had not experienced any duplicate formula errors.
