The forum finally let me upload this ZIP file for closing the Sexy suspender Shirt for G9. (I only made a morph for the G9 shirt, not the G8 shirt). Open the zip file and copy the data and People folders to your content library. Use the Sexy Suspender Shirt Closed G9 wearable preset to load the closed shirt on Genesis 9. You will find the wearable preset in People/Genesis 9/Clothing/AF/Sexy Suspender folder in the Content Library. Please let me know if this doesn't load properly for you, in case I left something out of the ZIP file.
The wearable preset will set the Shirt Closed morph to 100%, add a dForce Add-on and adjust the position of some of the buttons. The Shirt Closed morph is not intended to be used by itself (without the Wearable Preset), but you can experiment with it if you wish.
The wearable preset has worked pretty well for me on "normally" shaped characters, but it doesn't work well on fat bellies like Nikolai or Thimor. Remember that the FBMs included in the Sexy Suspender product will cause distortion when they get automatically dialed in by Daz Studio, but dForce and smoothing have overcome most of those problems for me.
You da best! I'm wishlisting that product now.

Scene optimizer and DUF file sizeYea, that was the culprit ~~ the simulated result on each frame with be saved in DUF file. I ever made an animation with simulated hair and dress on timeline (1700 frames), then the saved file size was nearly 3GB...
If you just go for static rendering while have to use timeline to simulate a dForce item, you may export the simulated result of the last frame to obj file, clear the simuation and import back obj with Morph Loader Pro to create a single dial of the 'simulated morph' on that dForce item. That'll be all fine...What Male Character/Skin/Eyes Are This? The skin looks a bit like Alistair, but the morph is probably a custom one of the Promo artist and likely not available for purchase.

You should be able to save the morph, save the dForce add-on, and then save the clothing as a wearable preset.
Then your packet only include data that your yourself has generated, as the rest will reference the product.
That's what I thought, too. Thanks for the confirmation.

I saved it as a wearable preset with the Blender morph I created applied at 100%. and the dForce addons I created to hold the closed area closed, and the changed positions of rigid follow nodes and buttons. The lower buttons had to be moved to the top layer of the closed area, as though the shirt were buttoned and the buttons poked through the buttonhole. It might be better to save it as a separate asset, so those inappropriate FBM don't get dialed in. Good suggestion, I think.
This looks awesome! Is there any chance you could upload the morphed version?
I will have to investigate what would be feasible/legal. I can't upload anything that would include the original asset data. because that would not be legal. The Blender morph by itself is not enough for the total result.
No, you can't... I was blamed once by Richard...

I wish dForce Sexy Suspender Outfit had a shirt closed morph. It's a great looking shirt. I guess I could put a t-shirt under it.
I played with it in Blender and i was able to close it. It's not perfect. I'm not very experienced with Blender, so I'm sure somebody else could do a better job. None of the included FMBs really work after closing it, because they expect the vertices to be in very different places. Between smoothing and dForce, I didn't have a problem fitting it to Kala 9.
(My rendered image won't attach. Usually it works very late at night. Not this night. This forum is really falling apart.)
Edit: Another day, another change in forum behavior. I was able to upload my image tonight.
Nice play ! I don't have it but it might be better to save a unique Figure / Wearable preset for the 'Closed Shirt'... It's not really necessary to make a single dial for 'Closed Morph'... updating Base Geometry may be just fine. Some existing shirt morphs may not be needed either while some could be tweaked in Blender... As for FBMS, it shoud be fine with dForce and Smoothing modifiers. It fits pretty well on Kala.

Pretty good techniques indeed .

@barbult that is a great job.
And if that is how the outfit had come I might have at least looked at it or even bought it. It is a pity as it looks like the PA put some nice detailing into the pants and shirt, to leave off an option to make it more versatile and saleable.

Basic tutorial for transferring Genesis3 female morphs to Genesis8 female
Nope. I've found some videos by WP Guru that explain a process that is working for me, so until I figure out why GenX isn't working anymore on my system, I can transfer older morphs to Genesis 3. XTransfer is working fine for me, so going from G3 to G8 isn't a problem, and I can use what I've learned to transfer from G8 to G9 if I need to.crosswind said:6 years ago.... You just search the morphs' Names / Lables from Parameters pane, could not find them?

Shape Shift for Genesis 9 (Commercial)Are there plans for a version of X-Transfer from Genesis 8/8.1 to 9 in the future?

Shape Shift for Genesis 9 (Commercial)This is what a unique ID looks like. If this is the same as another morph (it ignores prefixes for some reason) it causes a duplicate error. I added a generated string of random numbers and letters to ensure it is unique.
Shape Shift for Genesis 9 (Commercial)The issue is the ID's are the same, causing the duplicate error, even if the morphs are named differently.
Here try this one. I made a unique ID. Simply copy this morph into the Shape Shift product data folder.
Belly problemCyklone said:
Ok, here's a link to the sample : https://ibb.co/Mh5kCLZ
You can clearly see that stupid and annoying skin fold....her belly looks like a flat tireYea, you just showed this common issue. When you bend Base figure's joint - Abdomen Lower to 65 degree or above (with Use Limits unchecked), you'll see that ugly fold. (if Pelvis bends as well, it'll be even more ugly..). The culprit is that the default limit value of Abdomen Lower - Bend is 35 degree, so the default pJCMAbdomenFwd_35 was just made for such a degree. If the value goes far beyond the default, the pJCM has no way to correct that 'fold'... that's why some PA made 'Morph Products' as above to fix them...
If we don't buy the products, usually we create MCM (Morph Corrective Morph) to fix such issues, i.e. use another morph to further correct the ugly shape with pJCM together ... Set it as : when the bend degree > 65, this MCM will be automatically triggered... More or less, like the attached Ss ~
Something modified base morphHey everyone, so I recently installed a bunch of character files. Random ones picked up over the last 6 months from various sites. I kind of just pick stuff up on sale and stash it away until I feel like I need it or want it for something. Now I have been doing this for a long time and never have I ran into an issue like this. Something I installed this morning has now permanently modified the base 8/8.1 figure morph. Not the body, just the head. It looks awkward and now every time I load any character preset I had saved it is deforming their faces to match as if I applied it to this goofy looking base morph. Is there an easy way to pinpoint what could have caused this? I probably installed about a dozen or so files not from the Daz store. Those I removed already to no avail. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the basic files but it didn't work. Short of doing a full uninstall, which... with almost 3TB of asset data I would really like not to have to do that, is there anything else you guys think I could do?
